To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Was dining last night at around 9:15 ( we had a reservation of 10 people as we were celebrating my sisters birthday) our waitress was attentive at the beginning when it came to drink orders but as the night went on, we would see her less and less. We order food at around 9:45pm. Food arrives very quick and we all enjoyed our meals but was never once asked if we needed anything else or wasn’t once checked up on during our meal.

Once we finished eating at around 10:15 ish , we all decide we wanted to get more drinks/refills but It wasn’t until after 11pm till our server attended to us again. Everytime we’d order more drinks/ refills , not only did we have to flag our server down ourselves which was a hassle but our server greeted us with attitude and sass ( keep in mind we genuinely are a very polite bunch, always saying excuse me , thank you etc ).

our food sat on the table for an hour and a half after eating because our server didn’t bring us take out boxes ( like we politely asked an hour and a half Ago ) and finally got the hint when we were paying and my partner had to pick up our food and wrap the paper around it as we wanted to take our food home.

The absolute cherry on top ( after waiting an hour and a half to get boxes, our bills etc ) was before we asked for our bills to pay, I said to our server “ excuse me, we’re here to celebrate my sisters birthday, is it possible to have someone sing to her please “ and her response was “mhm” with the absolute nastiest look on her face and attitude. That for me ruined the night more than how long we had to wait for everything else as it was a special night for my sister.

Over all , we expected to be there from 9:15- about 11pm so we had time to talk, enjoy our drinks etc but instead we were there till almost 12:30am. Safe to say everyone was pissed off, tired and wanted to go HOME. Wish I grabbed our bill so I could call and say something but we all wanted to leave so badly once the machine said approved, we were...

I’d like to start by saying I have NEVER felt to leave a review before but I’ve also never had an experience like I did last night. Me and my family came. We ordered out drinks and appetizers and meals……

The kids meals came out in about 5 minutes…. We didn’t even have our drinks yet let alone had our appetizer. We send the meals back and explain we don’t want the kids meals before anything else. Our appetizer cheese bread comes, we had to ask for plates and more cutlery as they didn’t even give us enough for all of us. My salad comes out with tomatoes when I asked for none so I send it back. We FINALLY get our drinks except me, so I remind her I also ordered a drink. As my family starts to eat their salads these people try to bring out the kids food again. Again it’s sent back and we’re now agitated. About 10 minutes later I call over my waitress and ask her why my family is almost done their salads and I still don’t have mine. We also tell them we want fresh food for the kids. Not food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes. They bring out our mains and the old kids food. (I know because I asked and she admitted it was the same food). So we send it back. We’re now so mad. The adults have their meals yet the children don’t. The dessert was good… but the waitress forgot the kids desserts. We get the bill and my mother pays with her card because at this point we just want out of there. I have never in my life had such horrible service. Clearly the waitress needs a smaller section and the team needs to work on communication.

The food was alright. Not like it used to be though. I was very disappointed. I will also be asking my mother for the bill because it just seemed really high for what we ordered.

And the best part of this whole mess was not once did a manager come check on us with so...

My recent visit to Crabby Joe's left me with a mixed impression. Let me share the details of my experience:

Enjoyed nachos as an appetizer, and they were a highlight of the meal. They were generously topped with cheese, salsa, and other delicious toppings, making for a satisfying and shareable snack.

For my main course, I opted for the three-course dinner meal. Unfortunately, the experience took a bit of a downturn from there. The broccoli soup that came as a part of the meal was served cold, which was quite disappointing. It's essential for a soup to be served at the right temperature to fully enjoy its flavors.

Next up was the steak, and this was another letdown. The steak was bland and lacked the seasoning I was expecting. A well-seasoned steak can make a significant difference in the overall dining experience, and this one fell short.

On the bright side, the dessert redeemed the meal to some extent. While it wasn't mind-blowing, it was at least enjoyable and provided a sweet ending to the dinner.

In terms of service, it was decent. The staff was attentive enough, although it would have been better if they had caught the issue with the cold soup before serving it.

As for the ambiance, it provided a comfortable setting for a casual dining experience.

Overall, my visit to Crabby Joe's was a bit of a mixed bag. The nachos and dessert were the highlights, but the cold soup and bland steak were notable disappointments. The service and ambiance were decent, but there is definitely room for improvement in the overall...
