Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

Wow!!! Thank you so much!! I had ordered a pizza and garlic sticks. I had had a long day and ordered it online in advance. When I got to the store, my order was not there and there was a mix up with a door dash order. The employees apologized for having to remake my order and offered me a drink while I waited. After I had put in my original order, I thought I should have tried the 6 cheese tuscan sticks instead. So I asked if I could upgrade them, I was willing to pay for the upgrade, but they wouldn’t let me. While I waited for my order, I was thinking how impressed I was with the service. It was a mistake and it happens, but the way the employees handled it, I was so pleasantly impressed with. My order came up and the employee told me they also made me a complimentary stuffed crust pepperoni pizza as well! Again, I had a long day and really appreciated your efforts to make it right, they went above and beyond for me. I was not upset at all that I had to wait. Thank you for the amazing service….the pizza tasted even better...

We rarely order from chain pizzerias, preferring the local independently owned establishments. A flyer was delivered today, so we decided to try Papa Johns. Not only was the delivery quick, the pizza was delicious and reasonably priced. due to a mistake on my part, instead of giving in the driver a $2 tip as I intended I gave him a 200% tip ($58). He didn't get out of my yard before he came back and pointed out to me that he thought I most likelymade a mistake. have you not come back, I would not have noticed for several days as I do not often go into that bank account. I called the restaurant and was advised by the manager that the order would be avoided and they would come back so I could pay for the order and give the tip that I intended. both the driver and Andrew showed up at my door about 15 minutes later to take care of the problem. Very grateful for the honesty of the driver, and the understanding of the manager. Though, as I said I'm not normally a fan 2 Chain pizzas. I think we have found the chain we will...

this is half skip the dishes fault but the people at the store did not help.

I got a random pizza on my doorstep. papa johns. i did not order anything. They literally just left it there on the doorstep. tried to call the NUMBER ON THE BOX, anf gave the skip # to the store, to tell them that skip the dishes left it at the wrong address. I was told to call skip the dishes. This is not my problem, and I am being told to call other people. Ok. So, I called skip the dishes and they told me to enjoy it.

i tried to call the store again to tell them as a courtesy and I was put on hold.

I already wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to help, i'm done at that point.

the food itself was okay, for being free - wouldn't order it myself, but whatever dude!
