Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Ontario

This is the only ice cream restaurant in the area. This is a good restaurants that has yummy menu items. Great food and wonderful service. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is inexpensive. In addition for some items the portions are a bit small. I usually attend here on my own but it has a great family atmosphere as well. I usually order the lunch menu and the food is very good. Although the food is good the star of the show is the ice cream and cold beverages. Even in the winter I like these treats.

There is always plenty of free parking and the restaurant is never really busy especially in the winter. The food service is a little slow but ice cream and other treats are served pretty fast. Diary Queen is a well known place with amazing items for your sweet tooth but the food is really good too.

OVERALL I GIVE THIS RESTAURANT AN 7 OUT OF TEN.

I was able to visit the restaurant recently on my own and I had a great time. I like all the selections on the menu. This time I ate the chicken fingers and fries combo. This place is inexpensive and is a great place for people who are looking for a cheap meal. But if you are in the mood for some tasty food and a relaxing quiet atmosphere you should visit this restaurant.

I visited Dairy Queen in Brockville last Saturday and I was very impressed with the way Marc the store manager handled my order. Marc takes great pride in ensuring positive overall customer experience. He has a Customer-focused approach to trouble shooting, resolving problems and ensuring repeat business. Marc is business oriented and is managing customer expectations in delivering superior levels of service by ensuring the satisfaction of customers at all times. He is interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner. Marc has a customer-centric approach to work. Not the cleanest location I’ve been too, staff here are a mixed bag of levels of competence in customer service and I’ve sadly had encounters with some pretty rude and immature members on their evening/night shift. Service is a bit slow and bathrooms are not always in the best of conditions from my few visits here. I ordered a meal here once aside from ice cream and the fries were undercooked and had no seasoning or flavour , chicken strips were rubbery. Not worth your money in my opinion. Stick the the ice cream treats that aren’t with cones and you should be okay. Considering it is the only DQ in the town… I wish they would do a better job with consistent quality cleaning, respectable staff and just better product cooking and presentation. Have noticed it be understaffed a few times which may also be the cause of some other issues.
