Multiple horrible experiences dealing with this particular store. Most recently I had ordered through Door Dash ordered a meal with a blizzard, driver brought me just the blizzard no food, driver was adamant that was all the order consisted of, called the store to ask what happened and whoever I spoke with was completely clueless and was adamant they gave the driver the entirety of my order. Being upset I went to the store as I was fed up from waiting for food just to get the ice cream, walked Into the store and to my surprise the bag with my name on it sitting on the counter had a mild argument with staff as they were certain it was a different order yet my name and order number were on the bag. And today tried to give them another chance ordered for pickup to avoid waiting to get food and not recieve food, Door Dash notified me my order was ready for pickup, walked inside to pick it up and it was not ready, watched the employee pack a bag with stuff that I know wasn't mine as I hadn't ordered a poutine, and tried to give me that order and tried to argue it was my order when it was not. Eventually got my correct order but seeing this level of disorganization is incredibly disappointing, I've worked in many restaurant chains over the years and the staff here needs to get better training, if this is how the front of house organization is I would be scared to see back of house I feel a surprise health inspection would sort this nonsense out. After hearing you announce the product that you had been handed did not meet your expectations I examined the Peanut Buster Parfait that my staff had handed to you. It appeared to be the correct size, the only imperfection was that the layers of fudge and nuts were not perfectly spaced. To my standards, it looked acceptable, I did not observe any glaring issues with it. There was no valid reason for your complaint. From my perspective, It is over $5 worth of product that would end up in the trash unnecessarily - a complete waste. And you were condescending and rude to my staff, a young nursing student, who had been working very hard all day. If you felt that I inferred that you were unreasonable by suggesting you should not order another, you read the situation accurately. Under no circumstances do I tolerate my staff being bullied. Ultimately, you received another, correctly prepared Parfait. There is no further remedy required on our end. Yours truly, Samantha Woodward

Read morethe customer service here has gone downhill significantly. my friend and i were being rushed by the guy at the register while trying to decide what we wanted. since we weren’t sure yet, we did not even get close to the counter to order. once we decided i asked if i could use a coupon in the app and the employee rudely said “yes, what do you want” in a quiet, mumbly and short tone. we asked for one of our blizzards to be made with chocolate soft serve and he refused saying it would be “too runny.” this is not the first time we have ordered chocolate ice cream in a blizzard so being denying was very confusing and frustrating. we then changed our order due to not being able to get chocolate and before i went to pay i noticed one of the blizzards was entered into the system incorrectly. i mentioned it and apologized asking if he could change it and he gave me attitude saying it was not what we ordered. he was extremely rude and impatient the...
