Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Ontario

Great store to hang-out with little ones. We went to pick up invitations print out and decided to visit this location. Menus of course must be the same as in Trenton, where we usually go to. My little one enjoys his banana split so he ordered that and 2 small size of fries. As you know fries are very expensive these days but it's good for once in awhile treat for kids on days when you bring them out to a store. We shared our snacks, laugh at jokes, and we saw some other older kids hanging out with their grandma. They look to be having fun as well laughing with us at some point when my little one does something funny. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They clean the tables immediately when busy I notice. It wasn't even very busy when we dine-in but they really keep the area clean for the customers, no matter what. So, that's 5 star there! I definitely recommend dining in with your family here. Specially when you are craving for ice cream! Next time, I will try their blizzard, I'm just worried because they are extremely sweet that's why I don't regularly order any blizzard or ice cream in this store, I'm not up for raising my blood sugar. Terrible experience ..I was over charged which is not the problem because the girl was new .the problem is the other employee was very rude to me and instead of offering to void the order and give me back the difference she kept trying to push coupons on me and I thanked but no ty her and she was totally ignorant to me. She did the same thing to an elderly couple before me and over charged them for items they didn't even order...they just took their meal and sat down....then when she made my burger she left out a majority of the ingredients and gave me a old dried up hamburger Patty no sauce no lettuce or tomato....like WTH ....I was not gt go back and speak to her because she was so rude to me because of her mistakes.....buyer beware people

Well where to start the staff is terrible they often mess up the order Nd worst of all ive watched them call police on paying guests in order to make space for more guests before a person has even finished their meal . The garbage is usually thrown around outside the homeless is often going through their greece trap thing in the parking lot. Ive seen many people walk in and steal cakes from their freezer another time i watched a female go in the bathroom and clean it for them as some jerk put poop on the bathroom walls after she cleaned what she could for them she alerted staff to tell them what she had to deal with and tried to help them with and they banned her from property it was so sad to see. This place is in such a terrible location theirs so theirs none stop traffic build up on the main rode and the back rode causes so many people to get hurt as cars use it to cut threw so they can avoid the line. Homeless use it as a dealing spot in the night and day. Also during the cold weather at night u can see them all over the driveway and main rode cutting accross to get to warming room not a place to take kids thats forsure in the cold or in the warmth.. its way over...
