Update: Went back recently and not only was the food delivered quicker but the food was even better than last time!! Try this place out it’s very good!! First Experience: Went to check this new place out for dinner around 6pm. Expected some glitches as they are new and just expanded to their full menu and wanted to accept the 2 for 1 offer. Took @5minutes to get a table..they were busy (good sign)! They were apologetic unnecessarily as we didn’t have a reservation or anything. Food took 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive and it did not have the extra tzatziki we ordered. Wait again.. We ordered 2 chicken stick dinners..chicken was tasty but a bit overcooked, rice good, salad was fresh crisp and delicious, tzatziki was VERY GOOD and the potatoes were EXCELLENT! The best I’ve ever had! The pita however was dry and the flatter style while we prefer the fresh thicker style pita. We were asked if we would like a refill of water I said no and the other said yes but it never arrived. The server let us know a complimentary dessert would arrive for the long wait but the bill arrived… so we had to ask about the complimentary dessert which was awkward..and we waited again…Worth the wait as it was fresh delicious filo with a Carmel sauce and cinnamon which we would have never tried but I would order it again!! Yum! The bill was also incorrect and charged at full price not reflecting the promotion they had on..So we waited again for the adjustment. I also asked the server to describe the things I didn’t know on the menu..and while she couldn’t answer them all she got someone who knew the menu to come over and answer my questions. All in all we will return as the food is quite good and even with the misses they were all trying really hard and I feel confident they will sort it out and It will...
Read moreMy coworker and I popped in to grab lunch for their first day open. We got the 2 for $10 chicken gyro and they were delicious! The chicken was tender, not dried out, lots of sauce and they didn’t really take that long after ordering - considering it was their first day. They did somehow skip my order, but when one of the owners realized it - he was quick to get me an order. The other owner who is Greek - was very friendly, telling everyone how it was going and kept us entertained while we waited. He also offered some wine to a women who was waiting and since he opened the bottle, he came over with two extra glasses for my coworker and myself. It was a white wine, he told us it was fruity and one of the oldest wines. Regardless it was delicious and I would definitely get some when going there to eat. And I don’t normally like wine since I find it too dry. This was sweet and delicious. I look forward to going here more often. I wish them all the luck in...
Read moreWe (A group of 4) visited Greek Factory today for lunch after discussing for an hour on where to go! I am happy that we chose to go here:) Their food starting from Tzatziki sauce, calamari fries, chicken gyro meat, salads, veggie, chicken pita and greek lemon potatoes combined with rice were so delicious!!! I have never had rice which tasted that good ever before and when I mentioned that to the owner, he had a whole container of rice packed for me to take home:) ( how thoughtful is that??!!) The owner and staff were extremely caring and checked on us throughout our dining experience. The owner went one step ahead and made a sweet delicacy “baklava” for us which tasted like heaven on earth!!⭐️✨ I recommend this pure and classy dining experience to everyone! I can’t wait...
