This place is a dump. The most disgusting place Ive ever eaten in. The chair sticks to you, the table sticks to you, the floor sticks to you, the door sticks to you. The food is horrible and tastes like it has been microwaved.
The cleanliness is by far the worst aspect of this restaurant, if I can even call it a restaurant. I felt like I was eating amongst racoons in a dumpster. There were crumbs everywhere. There was two leftover bottles of chocolate milk on a nearby desk from what I assume was a children's party with one of them being opened. The were both rotting and curdling. In addition to this, there is a special feature at this restaurant where you can try out the sauces before you order. All you have to do is lick your finger and slide it along the desk and you'll pick up whatever residue was left from the last guy who ate.
There seems to be no organization to the place. The back of the restaurant is a cluster of random objects with an office in the back that is filled with random sports objects and boxes of frying oil. The bathrooms are better suited to a call of duty zombies map then they are a restaurant.
I also was overcharged by 10 dollars when the bill came. Just to make matters even better.
This is the worst restaurant in Kingston to dine in to and I would leave it 0 stars if I could. I felt like I had been personally violated intimately after leaving the restaurant. Horrible experience and would not recommend to anyone unless they are...
Read moreWas in the area in March with family members, and visited here because of one of their recommendations to try them out. Walking into the restaurant, the eating environment could use some updating. Intial customer service impression was very good, the waitress was polite and professional. The rear access door was letting cold air into the eating area which made it chilly, as it was a cold day. From what we ordered, I highly recommend getting the Dinger sandwich, with sauce on the side, or their chicken sandwiches with mayo, in which they prepare very well with excellent flavors. I don't recommend ordering the popcorn chicken, as the batter to meat ratio is too much, due to the fact that some of the pieces felt like I was 100% eating fried batter rather than a properly coated peice of chicken. I was not excited over the fries, as it felt like eating a cooked frozen fry. Some recommendations to this restaurant to be more appealing to customers would be to refresh the interior of the restaurant with brighter colors, improve on popcorn chicken meat to batter ratio consistency, and prepare homemade fries rather than frozen fries. Thank you to owners and staff for your work and efforts, and will visit back again for that Dinger sandwich and wings,...
Read moreI am an avid wing lover. Although their wings are good, the value has declined significantly and is just not there. It is very expensive for what you get.
Today I ordered a pound and a half of wings with the side of spicy lattice fries, no drink and was charged $27.55 with tax… since I didn’t get a drink, I was expecting it to be 26.50$ based on their menu.
When I Got home and opened the box, I had SIX regular sized wings and a handful of reg lattice fries (not spiced at all) two celery sticks and two slices of carrots. 6 REGULAR SIZED WINGS. I was so disappointed.. Ive ordered here many times and I understand the wing sizes will fluctuate and I always order the same thing. almost always get at least 10-12 wings. Today I got half that… Most restaurants sell 6-8 larger wings as a lb. And I’d they are smaller around 10-12. So when you order a pound and a half you expect more.
Usually, I would order a pound and a half of wings with a side of spicy lattice fries and have leftovers. Needless to say this time...
