I ordered pizza at 3:00 to be delivered at 4:45. I signed up to receive text notifications on my phone for the order. I ordered from my work for my wife and son who are at home. My wife has mobility issues. At 4:44, I texted her to tell her the pizza should be there any minute. There was no knock on the door, I did not receive a text notification. At 5:30, my wife was finally able to check and the pizza was on the doorstep laying there. So the pizza was laying there on the ground for 45 minutes. When I called to voice my concern, the person who answered the 🤳 "checked with your driver" and the driver said he knocked. Then I was passed through to the manager who said the same thing. When I explained to him that my wife can hear everything, that she would definitely have heard the knock, and that I did not receive a text notification, the manager straight out called me a liar. He said "you're lying". When I told him that my wife was adamant she did not hear a knock and there was no knock, he said he must believe his staff member over my wife. There was Zero attempt to address our concern or to make it right. The order was $27. I order from Domino's usually quite often. So for a $27 fix, they are now going to receive none of my business. There is a pizza hut and a Little Caesars close by. They will get my business. I will never use Domino's pizza again. If that is the way they treat their customers. For the record, I am the general manager of a restaurant as well. I would never treat my customers the way I...
Read moreI ordered online so that it would be quicker. It seems like delivery is the only way to get your pizza in a orderly fashion. Waiting for a simple extra cheese pizza took an hour! Waited in store and watched pizza guys leave and come back twice and I was STILL waiting for my order. I looked on the in store tracking bored and it would say that my order is ready, I go to the counter were I'm told that it isn't accurate. It wasn't ready. I look on the online tracker and it said it was picked up even when I went to the counter it STILL wasn't ready. I look around the store, worker were moving slow talking and no one was wearing a hair net, not one person. I went to the counter to ask what the issue was, why is it guaranteed to have your pizza in 30 minutes or its free for delivery but waiting in store takes longer. I was told that was untrue by the cashier. When I finally got my pizza it was square cut, something I didn't ask for, at this point I was starving and just wanted to eat. I don't understand why this happened, I have been to other locations and have never had this problem. I should have been offered my pizza for free for the inconvenience, but no one seemed to care. There was no sense of urgency or customer service. I will never go to this location again even though it is 5 minutes away, I will gladly drive an extra 15 minutes just to get the service I deserve....
Read moreThis place gives new meaning to the words CORPORATE GREED AND STINGY! Imagine charging top dollar for pizza, as if that wasn’t nervy enough...especially given the fact that their pizza is really no better than anyone else’s...and in fact, worse!!! But then having the absolute gall and audacity to not even put enough toppings to cover the entire pizza! Wow, is all anyone can really say.
I thought it was a fluke the first time. Second time, my pizza still had huge bare spots on it. I mean how pathetic. This place is all about taking lots of your money and giving you as little as possible in return. I mean who do these jokers think they are? Who would serve a customer a pizza with huge bare spots? Nobody worth giving your business to, that’s who.
Go next door to Metro instead and get a real pizza with oodles of toppings for half the money! Why anyone would order pizza from this greedy establishment that gives you squat for what you pay, is beyond comprehension! Never again and I know a ton of people who agree.
These clowns have much to learn. Wake up dominoes and start actually giving your customers what...
