This is worth reading!
I'm not one to take time to review restaurants, ever, except for dominos chatham. I've gotten pizza here multiple times and every single time it's been a disappointment. The pizza is NEVER cut fully through and totally uneven every SINGLE time. And based off of reading other reviews it sounds like I'm not the only one not getting properly cut pizza. You'd think after multiple reviews from that type of concern, the management would do something about it. The pizza is always so so thin it's like they cheap out on the amount of dough because the crust itself is non existent because it's so incredibly thin. Just a couple days ago I ordered pizza from here and the exact same thing happened again. We picked up the pizza as soon as it was ready and ate it 5 minutes later and upon opening the box, the pizza was so thin that it cooled off completely and it held like cardboard. The slices were uneven cut with barely no sauce and awfully thin. Thinner then a finger for comparison.
As for the health and safety of the customers, I'm sure the management should know the protocols for the employees and yet nothing has been done. Almost little to non wear hair nets around the food and I've even seen some employees with long hair and no ponytail. As for what I also find disgusting is when the employees have jewelry on the wrists, chewing gum, and touching there phone and then someone's food order next. As some may not know, thats a health and safety violation and is not allowed when dealing with food. The jewelry or rings touching the dough, the tiny little drops of spit when chewing gum over the pizza, and touching your dirty phone when no one is looking, just to walk in and have the phone quickly be put down and someone's pizza being touched right after. I've worked in a food industry before; this all is a safety code. How do I also know that it's a safety code? Because I've been to multiple different dominos and not one other place has been like the chatham one is.
If u want a worth while pizza or anything off the dominos menu it's 110% worth the drive to go to wallaceburg dominos if u want quality food and safe edible food. Not ONCE have they been a disappointment to me and I will keep my...
Read moreI visited this Domino’s location recently and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered three medium pizzas and paid over $42, yet when I politely asked for a few carton plates to eat more comfortably, the worker refused to give me more than two. She said, “I’m not allowed to give you more,” with no explanation or apology—just a rude and dismissive attitude.
It honestly felt like a scene out of a cartoon, the way we were treated—completely unprofessional and unnecessary. These are recycled carton plates we’re talking about—something that costs the store virtually nothing, especially considering the amount I spent.
Good customer service isn’t just about the food—it’s about how customers are treated. This lack of courtesy and basic professionalism really put a damper on the experience.
If Domino’s wants loyal customers, they need to train their staff to treat people with respect. I won’t be returning to...
Read moreWas in Chatham for an evening ride today and wanted to try the dominos place here after being suggested by some friends for their quality Ordered a thin crusted meat eater and medium extra cheese pizza. Wings are the same as other regular domino and no much to review when I tried earlier however as soon as I opened the meat lovers it is so hard like waffy or crispers and burnt at the bottom, it tastes dry and no sense of cheese rather than eating cardboard ….even the suasage isn’t put on entire pizza but could see only on 1/2 rarely , it was one of the worst pizza I had The one I mostly loved was the cheese pizza though… it was cooked to perfection, cheese was oozing yummy and dough is moist but fluffy would recommend extra cheese to anyone however it was completely mixed experience … one pizza is so messed up I wouldn’t give any review while...
