Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

I received 10 points and on the 6th online order you get a free pizza. Turns out its a LIE! False Advertising - it cost me $10 + $5 TIP for a FREE pizza. The mere principle of this false advertising left an awful taste in my mouth! Think people are stupid and show no respect towards the customers that pay their way, unbelievable!

This is was the last time I order from here ever again. They disrespect my allergies and food choices.

I ordered pizza here at least once a week, probably bought 100 at least. They're lucky to have such a kind customer like me that puts up with their mistakes and issues and just wants a pizza - because half the time they throw other toppings on that I hate and never asked for, it drives me insane!

I like Domino's but I hate this stores ignorance and lack of quality control, especially when they say online someone does a Quality Check!

I cannot wait till I move so I'm at a location that makes the food the customer pays for, correctly!

For now, I will withhold any future purchases from this location.

People's ignorance & incompetence is what will lead to the great evolution of robots. I guarantee a pizza machine could make and produce more pizza's, faster & more accurately if not perfectly - than ignorant people who, when you tell them their mistake - degrade and berate you and hang up. Unethical, disrespectful...

The pizza and the food here are decent enough. You can argue that chain pizzas don't measure up to local places and vice versa. Personally I don't mind some Dominos every once in a while to shake things up. But on Oct. 10, and 17 2020, we ordered almost the same thing twice in a row, and 2 weeks in a row there were issues.

On Oct. 10, I arrived to pick it up and one of our two pizzas had mysteriously disappeared. So I had to sit and wait while they made another one. Not a big deal except it took another 10 minutes so now the rest of the order has been on the heat rack for an additional 10 minutes. No offers of discounts, extras, coupons etc. But we wanted the food so whatever.

On Oct. 17, we ordered almost the exact same order except this time it was medium pizzas instead of large. I arrive to pick it up and this time our chicken wings mysteriously disappeared, so I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for new wings to be made. To be fair, I was given a 2L bottle of coke, and they did offer to deliver the wings but again, the timing was more the issue.

This is "our" dominos so we'll probably go back again but I really hope they sort out whatever is causing our items to...

Dominos keeps getting worse as the years past!!! Use to be my go to chain pizza 🍕 joint :/, so much so, i order za yhere everyday for like 6 months straight!!!

The foods probably the blandest I've ever tried!!! Cheese taste like nothing! Sauce is beyond horrible, ZERO flavour!!! Crust has remained pretty consistent throughout the years, with that being said though, I've always thought they undercooked their za to get it out quicker, but asking for it well done remedied that!

Even the dipping sauce now is trash, the ranch is vinegary vs the creamy taste it should be!!! Seems as though they're looking to cut costs somewhere, and that's in the quality of ingredients they're using!

Deals are probably still the best in the game though :/, but for me, I'll be looking past price and towards a better quality item from this visit on!!!

Domino's, it's not me, it's YOU!!! Your pizza just doesn't have the qualities I'm looking for in a za, so unfortunately, even though we've had some great times together, it's time for us to part our ways and for me to start venturing more towards...
