Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

Very surprised how big franchise like Dominos allow this to happen. Dominos have been my go to pizza store and I have ordered from many different locations across the province and they all have met my satisfactory. Unfortunately this location which is closest one from my new home is the only store that makes pizzas a little bit differently. Same order of pizza comes with different amount of sauce. Some days its super dry, some days there is way too much sauce although I have never ask for less or more sauce. Even on rare occasion when they get correct amount of sauce, their pizzas generally do not taste as good as ones I have had at other locations. Really hard to say what is wrong but just doesn't taste the same. Staffs and drivers have been great and that's the only reason why I kept ordering from them hoping my next pizza would be better. I just went in to order a pizza and asked if there were any specials. I was told I could order online and get 50 percent off. I said but I was here and I don’t like to order online. I said I’d go somewhere else. The person helping me said don’t worry I’ll do it for you. So thinking I’d get it at half off I said ok when I went to pay it was not. So very disappointed in their service. I was trying to order a 4 topping for pickup. Asked for chicken as one of the toppings which is counted as 2, added two more toppings and the rep said they will be charging additional because chicken is a premium topping even though they already charge it as 2 toppings. Literally makes no sense, no other dominos does that. They also took 10 min to get the order in their system, ended up cancelling it and going to the one on division that did not charge additional for chicken. Absolute BS. Never going back.
