I recently had the opportunity to try the Indian fusion food truck, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! The owners of the food trucks were friendly, patient and helpful. The first thing that caught my attention was their fresh dosa. It was perfectly cooked and had a delightful texture.

Next, I tried their samosas, and they were absolutely delicious. The spice level was mild, which was perfect for my taste buds. The combination of flavors in each bite was truly a treat.

I also had the chance to sample their masala fries, and they were a standout. The fries were cooked to perfection and seasoned with a flavorful blend of spices. They were the perfect accompaniment to my meal.

Finally, I couldn't resist trying their Shahi paneer poutine, and it did not disappoint. The combination of the rich Shahi paneer with the crispy fries was simply divine. It was a unique and delightful twist on a classic dish.

Overall, I highly recommend this Indian fusion food truck. From their fresh dosa to their flavorful samosas, masala fries, and Shahi paneer poutine, every dish was a delight to the palate. The quality of the food and the attention to detail in the flavors truly set them apart. Can’t wait to go back and try the other options...

I came here famished seeking comfort food, and I left here filled!

I started off with Dosa Mosa in which I had their Chicken Seekh kebab with their fresh spicy mint chutney and I was blown! This wasn't to spicy nor to mild..it was just right..the perfect starter before diving into rest of their dishes!

Later on I had their "naan-chos" which came with naan pieces and their butter chicken gravy, and don't get me started! This was the best naanchos I've ever had! Definitely ordering some more next time! Along side that I had their gunpowder Doda it was packed with flavour!!

To finish it of I had their Gulab Jamun and ice cream, and it really set it for me...was definitely great having something sweet and creamy to top down all that spiciness! 🌶️

Really really glad Windsor eats invited DOSAMOSA here because I know I'll be coming here often!

Dosamosa, Wow! That’s the only word I can think of to describe what just went into my mouth. Wow. I have never had such a diverse flavour of herbs and spices. I can still taste it and I don’t want it to go away. My wife and I were just gonna try a little something from all the food venders so we decided to try the samosas first as it was the first booth we walked up to. I couldn’t believe the blend of flavours that I was eating! I had to try more! I had no clue what to order as we never had this type of food before. And told them to just pick something. Up next was this Kabob thing. Unreal. I would eat it everyday if I could. After that, we needed more! So they made this dish that I have no clue what it was. It was in a wrap that I’m not sure what was in it and you dipped it in this sauce/soup that was so good that I drank it. Wish I remembered what it was called. I can’t stop thinking about this food ! I highly recommend it and look forward to trying everything...
