My favourite thing about Windsor is easily the Craft Beer scene. I haven't seen anything like it since we left the Pacific Northwest, but YQG comes pretty damn close.

The first time we went to Chapter Two Brewing Company (about 5 weeks ago) it was absolutely ballin'. Beers that were top shelf, full of flavour, well balanced, and crafted with the beer appreciater in mind. I even got to sample the new cherry beer ahead of the official launch at this year's opening Walkerville Night Market. Absolutely delicious.

Also, huge shout out to Michael. We spent over two hours just shooting the breeze about beer, the local area, travel, and just life in general.

Since then I've been back at least twice a week. The food is spectacular (gourmet hot dogs, what's not to love?) and they'll soon be expanding...

Love this little brewery. Nice selection of beer that rotates occasionally. Pura Vida and Hummulus really stand out. Beer is a little on the pricey end, even these days. The service is great, with some really friendly folks behind the bar. The food could use some serious improvement. The things they do have on the menu are good and well-prepared, but a little variety and creativity would really help.
