Fat Bastard Burrito Co. — Restaurant in Ontario

I went to the Fat Bastard tonight, I did 1 hour of drive to get in Cornwall!! My first experience was a five star, Tonight was not a 5 star!! I have spent $$ on gas and on top I have ordered for over 50$ of food and I gave the girl tip on top of that.. My burritos was far from being fat.. I took three pulled beef and 1 roasted chicken... She was very cheap with the toppings... inconsistent with how she made the burritos.. I was very disapointed same with the fully loaded fries two orders... She thought i only ask for fries... I took the blame when she said you should ask me for fully loaded.. I know I have asked her... She was nice at the beginning then near the end.. Her attitude somewhat change.. I have asked her to put more cheese.. It was empty there was barely cheese left at the bottom.. I would of open the other one.. Regardless.. Very disappointing first experience. Initial conversation placing my order fueled the beginning of my disappointment. I attempted to order a Steak & Cheese quesadilla, to which I was told they don't make those. Upon further conversation I discovered I could order a Steak quesadilla and add cheese, wow, mind blown. Upon receiving my Steak and added cheese quesadilla, I discovered it was a burrito. Upon further inspection, the chips and salsa, and chips and guacamole were also a difficult task for this franchise, as I recieved 3 salsa dips and 1 guacamole, which should be two of each. For the lovely price of $47, I will not be going back to have a quesadilla turned into a burrito, along with my half-decent butter chicken burrito, and unbalanced order of two chip sides with two bottled drinks. I would much rather go get two subs, or a pizza on...

Ok so im a big fan of fat dastardly burrito, and the food. The service on the other hand is abysmal. 6 people were waiting for their food as 1 of the 2 is working while the 2nd isn't preparing food. Waited 20 minutes and still 2/6 before me had been served. Im still waiting. In my opinion, its faster the drive to the other side of acornwall and get any food and it will be faster. Someone needs to look at the service going on here. One obvious area for improvement would be the heating area where they grill the completed burrito.
