Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

I just bought 2 donuts, 1 herb and garlic, and one medium dd coffee before 20 minutes. Once i get in there the lady who served me she was keep talking with her colleagues and never pay me attention. I paid for everything but she didn't give me the herb and garlic. And even she didn't mentioned that my coffee is ready. There was a coffee sitting there in other side and I was keep asking is it my coffee or not, she didn't bother to answer. Anyways I grab that coffee and came back home once I open the packet there only donuts but no herb and garlic. It was very annoying and frustrating. They should paid attention to the service specifically the employee should not come from one community, diverse people...

Tim Hortons on second Street does not support essential workers... Showed up to 24 hour establishment only has drive through open, went to window on foot because I drive a 30' tow truck and don't fit in the drive through, was refused service and shunned away from the location... I work for herbs towing a very well respected company in Cornwall that everyone knows... I can't believe I was denied service and asked to leave the window when all I wanted was a coffee and warm food but my truck didn't fit in the drive through.. shame on you Tim Hortons and your uncaring staff for essential emergency services... I just came back from Tim Hortons second street and had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of the staff members named Stephane. When I went to pay for my order, instead of speaking politely, he started yelling and literally screamed at me asking, “you have to tell me of it’s going to be credit or debit?” It was shocking and completely uncalled for.
