THE HARDEST WORKING - KINDEST - caring staff. 💯❤️😀 🧋 The dude that works there makes the drinks PERFECT every time... With consistency. The yummiest drink (only to be completely honest) is the Strawberry Banana with tapioca balls. Don't forget to become a member - they DO NOT harass you - AND INSTEAD they give you complimentary drinks as you earn points. The aroma of this place is absolutely out of this world AMAZING 🤩💖 I can't believe I've wasted all these years not drinking these amazing creations of PERFECTION. THE STAFF ARE TOP SHELF when it comes to organization sanitation and what your drink will taste like. They add a couple extra cubes just to make the slush PERFECT. I ADORE YOU GUYS!!!!! 💯💯💯 you double check the seals on our drinks and that ... Does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Thank you ! They have pamphlet menus and the display is always so gorgeous (and fresh and clean) and MEETS MY HIGH LEVELS OF OCD. YOU ROCK GUYS !!!!! Somewhat ♿ friendly --- no sitting that's all. ✌️

Edit: They've got a guy working there who doesn't understand that no ice means hot tea, so I order no ice and get given ice cold Okinawa brown sugar milk tea. Sign says made fresh, but ice cold tea shows that it's not fresh if they didn't ice it when I ordered it. So then I specift hot, confirm twice that I meant hot not warm when I said hot, because he asked twice, and then he gave me warm tea anyway, and then tried to tell me I asked for warm not hot. Original review: It doesn't get any better than Presotea when you want bubble tea in London. They have a tonne of flavours and options (the okinawa brown sugar one is the best imo), the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This location is every bit as good as their downtown location.

Love that there is now bubble tea in the east end. It's so good. I got mango lychee slush and they stuffed it with a ton of delicious fresh mango. Note that the Regular size at PresoTea is actually a Large anywhere else. A large at PresoTea is COLOSSAL. So good. There are a few seats so you can hang out if you want to as well.

Love that there is now bubble tea in the east end. It's so good. I got mango lychee slush and they stuffed it with a ton of delicious fresh mango. Note that the Regular size at PresoTea is actually a Large anywhere else. A large at PresoTea is COLOSSAL. So good. There are a few seats so you can hang out if you want to as well.

I ordered the same drink what I usually get in downtown store. The taste is so different. I’m so disappointed with the drink. And there was one staff looks like owner or manager, was very impatient and kept pushing me to order quickly even when there were no other customers. I am now more willing to go to other milk tea shops with better cost...
