Just drive to a different location or better yet a different restaurant. There is never a manager on, the kids working are not trained and clueless. Wait times are awfully long and most times your order is wrong. Going inside is a waste of time as the wait time is longer. Staff huff and puff when having to actually make an order. If Google had zero stars this establishment would get zero.

Read moreI went to tim hortons on october the 7th at 10;30 PM for some coffee and tea, GUESS WHAT, your doors were already locked, i knocked on the window and your new employee is motioning with his hands that "it's 10 o'clock" so i'm like...YEAH....I KNOW, which is weird, because you say you are open til midnight, but once again, your full of it, i am so tired of this location being the way it is, dysfunctional at best. guy is now yelling" its 10" and laughing like it's fricken comedy hour, stay open til you say you are open, it is bad enough you closed at midnight and cut off 23% of the population, but now you closed it 2 hours early and there are people out in the parking lot going "what the heck?", so you waste people's time and energy and think nothing of it. Read moreI don't know what kind of customer service that they think they are giving. Who argues with a customer for such a simple order. I asked for a regular medium iced latte. I'm not sure what I got but it wasn't a big deal to me so I just went back around through the drive thru and asked them to correct my drink When I approached the window one of the staff decided to try and correct me. '' If you don't specify you'll get sugar can syrup in your drink'', then she continued to try an argue the point. News to me I've been ordering these now for close to three years!
I pulled the recipe off their information site maybe you should out your staff through a customer relations program and do a product knowledge test to ensure the quality.
