A-MAZ-ING!!! Wow! We travel often through Pembroke but it was the first time we have had to stop for a bite to eat. It won't be our last now that we know this little gem is here! We were travelling with a group of 8 and we were served promptly. Server was very nice and informative about the menu & made suggestions for the kids. The kids loved their crepes, however it was a bit small for my 10 year old who wished he had ordered an adult sized one (in fairness he is as tall as a 14 year old and we should've known better - oops!). My husband had the Bonne Pomme which was to die for! It was HUGE!!! I wish I had ordered the same as him. I order the L'été which was filled with custard and not as good as the bite from my husband's plate. However it was still delicious. I haven't had crepes like this since visiting SanFransico! This is a huge score for us, so hats off to the chefs! My sister in law had the Michelangelo which she loved and insisted we all try a bite - it was amazing as well! We will definitely be back and recommending to other family members when they travel up north.

I am beside myself with gratitude. I ordered myself a birthday dinner using a local delivery service and put in a note asking if they could make my dessert crepe a little extra special (not asking for a freebie, but maybe strawberries in a cute pattern or whatever). Well... what I got was the happy birthday song written out on the take out bag, a little note on each box in my order, a card signed by all the staff and 3 little birthday candles included. My birthday is a tough day for me. I lost someone very dear to me 1 year ago today so I wasn't up for a big social event. The Nook staff helped me celebrate my day, quietly, the way I wanted. That small gesture means the world to me. Truly, thank you for your kind gesture. You made this girl's day brighter. The food was delicious (as always). Thank you again to Michelle, Andrew, Karli, Skylar, Matt and Donna 🥹❤️

I always enjoy my visits to The Nook Creperie. The food is excellent - The flavours of each menu item are well thought out and balanced. I have not had any of the sweet crepes but all of the savory dishes I have tried have all been excellent. The atmosphere is lovely, even more so now that they've expanded. The exposed brick and clean lines of the decore are very pleasing. It feels high class (compared to other restaurant in the area) without being pompous. A very good choice for a lunch with friends, special occasion or alone either a book as company.

My boyfriend and I made a reservation for Valentines Day. We were excited as we had tried to eat here before but never were able to due to long wait times (we usually spontaneously decide to go out so reservations aren't our strong suit). Well- it was worth the wait! It was a fixed menu for the night so you got an appetizer, salad, entree crepe and a dessert. Every course was incredible. I had a charcuterie plate for my appetizer which had really flavourful cheeses, salamis, pickled vegetables and some crusty bread on the side. It felt like I was in an Italian trattoria. The nook salad was my second course and it was nice as well- there was some sort of candied nut on it with feta and a vinaigrette. I had the Geraldine for my entree- a crepe with asparagus and parmesan cheese topped with proscuitto and mixed greens and drizzled with a balsamic vinegar reduction and honey. It was to die for. I can't explain how delicious it was. Every piece of it was cooked to perfection and it was presented beautifully. My last course was a Tequila Rose white chocolate mousse which was light and fluffy, but I tried a bite of a chocolate torte my boyfriend ordered and it was decadent and delicious. We also had a half litre of their house wine which was tasty. Really enjoyed the atmosphere- we spent the time planning our next trip to Europe as it really has that feel to it! Service was amazing as well- we were checked on at every course and the staff was so friendly. We'll be back, even if we have to make a...

The crepes are excellent, with lots of choice of both savoury and sweet selections, as well as some nice salads and other foods as well. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that they would not answer the phone. We were coming through Pembroke on our way to Petewawa and we wanted to pick up lunch for our daughter-in-law and the grandkids on our way, but when we tried to call ahead to order, there was no answer. According to their website, they were open, but we tried at least 15 times to call them, none were answered. When we got there, they were open and we could order in person, but we were delayed by 30 minutes while we waited for our order. Not a major issue, but very annoying all the same. It turns out that there is a policy in place that they do not answer the phone when the manager is not in. Some info to that effect on their website would have been helpful and saved us some frustration.

Edit: Updated my rating to 5 stars because the food was really excellent and the explanation about the phone not being answered was appreciated...
