Guac Mexi Grill — Restaurant in Ontario

Terrible service! One staff working and only two people in front of me and took 30min for two burritos. One large and one regular which I had to force them to give a full scoop of rice and beans barely any toppings had to beg for a bit more. My large was the same size as my daughters regular. Then order was put in system wrong and I noticed and corrected them but ended up paying for the higher price then he accused me of not paying so I had to go into my online banking to prove to him I paid and that it was more then what I should have. Have had gauc several times in Orillia and never had an experience lime this. But will be going to other burrito place from now on. Avoid this place if you like good service...

Thought I would try this place for some tacos. Picked up takeout, when I got home the tacos where so soggy they fell apart when I tried to pick them up. They had no actual taco taste, and the meat was just so greasy and smelled kind of weird and not like a taco at all. I ate it as a salad but I will not be back. Too bad, should have went to taco bell or just made them at home. I should have taken a hint cause I was the only customer in the store...

We were looking forward to trying this new place out, but they had no social distancing procedures in effect and the guy prepping the food was not wearing his mask properly (it was resting on his lower lip, not even covering his mouth and nose!) mentioned it to the manager who hopefully has corrected this. But we left disappointed not ordering the meal we had planned and likely will...
