Our experience at this location was awful!

After being seated we barely had our coats off before our server was there asking if we were ordering drinks. My husband asked what was on tap and with an attitude she gave him the bar menu and proceded to stand there and huff. We ordered 2 beer and she left. We were meeting our daughter and her boyfriend and they had not arrived yet. When our server returned with our beverages she asked if we were ready to order. We explained we were waiting and would be ready shortly. The kids arrived and we placed our order. Appetizer was the Garlic pull apart bread... Sub par. Very little ingredients and even the pieces of bread were very small. My husband and I ordered the beef nachos to share with extra cheese. There appeared to be maybe a spoonful of beef and the extra cheese was non existent. And lukewarm to boot! Our daughter ordered the Pulled pork sandwich and a Ceasar salad. The salad came swimming in dressing to the point of being inedible. We had to ask for cutlery 2x. The experience was very disappointing. We were there around 2pm and the restaurant was not busy at all. Our server preferred to be in the kitchen not on the floor. Our glasses sat empty for at least 10 mins and when she finally came back to see if we needed anything else it took another 10 minutes to get another drink. The kids normally order desert but decided against it due to the length of time it took to receive anything ordered.

Normally I would give a 5 star rating however this is when we dine-in. We have ordered take out a few times now and it seriously lacks food quality. Two smokehouse wraps that were soggy. The wraps lacked a proper amount of rice to help keep it together. Instead it was more like a greasy cheesy chicken salad mix that included green onions and long slimy pieces of bacon. I don’t remember the green onions or bacon before in the wrap but that aside overall it wasn’t appetizing. Secondly, the serving of fries you get is insulting for the price of the meal. A serving resembles a couple of fries that looks like it was plated by a small child. More than 10-12 fries would be nice. The antojitos weren’t cut to size. We had three large pieces with the remaining pieces being small and lacking flavour and filling. In fact one antojito was just a rolled up piece of wrap. Nice. For $55 we will not be doing take out again unless this review is acknowledged and something can be worked out. Otherwise we’ll continue to dine in but with that being said Montana’s will not be our first choice when we choose to treat ourselves out to dinner

EDIT Spoke to the Manager Will and he is fantastic. Very understanding, friendly and empathetic in regards to spending money for take out or dine in that sometimes doesn’t go as planned. Absolutely Terrible Experience — Avoid This Place

We arrived at the restaurant at 9:02 PM. By 9:52 PM—after nearly an hour of waiting without receiving food or even a refill on my drink—I had to track down our server to complain. The restaurant was nearly empty, so there was no excuse for the wait. Our server had disappeared for long stretches and was nowhere to be found.

Around halfway through our wait, I went to the bathroom, which was absolutely disgusting. Every toilet was clogged and overflowing, the smell was unbearable, and not a single soap dispenser was stocked. It was unsanitary and disturbing—completely unacceptable for any food establishment.

The food finally arrived at 10:05 PM—only after complaining. The burgers were cold and soggy, with missing toppings. The one topping they did remember—lettuce—was rotten and inedible. I had to pull it off my burger because it was clearly spoiled. The quality was worse than any fast food joint—you’d get a better meal at A&W for half the price.

The service was easily one star, if that. For the prices they charge, the food, cleanliness, and customer service should be much better.

After seeing the bathrooms and eating food of this poor quality, I left feeling disgusted—and concerned I might get sick. I will absolutely not be returning, and I strongly recommend others avoid this...
