I recently had an amazing experience at the Rogers/Fido store. Despite the low reviews, I found the service to be exceptional. I had lost my sim card and was in a bit of trouble due to some miscommunication with customer care chat. However, Jacob was incredibly friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly. He was very straightforward and made the process of getting a new sim card as simple as possible. I cannot thank him enough for his help. If I could, I would give him 10 stars out of 5!
