I am usually fond of Taco Bell but my visit on 3/12/2018 at roughly 6:00 PM was terrible.
I arrived to a long drive thru line and was going to inside instead but someone had already pulled up behind me so I decided to wait it out. it took roughly 7-8 minutes before I got to the speaker. The Taco Bell representative was rather quiet. (I overheard the person in line ahead of me making that comment as well) He asked if I could please wait a moment. 8 minutes or so later I honk my horn and the representative responds ready to take my order. I had a coupon for "Stuffed Grillers" an item not currently displayed on the menu. I ask about them and at this point the representative was polite and helpful. I confirm my order and drive around at this point no other cars were in front of me confirming my belief that I was forgotten about. When I get to the window I notice the representative's name tag is not worn straight it was nearly vertical and in my opinion not looking very professional. Not wanting to stare I am not certain of the name but I'm fairly certain it was Christopher. Christopher apologized claiming that sometimes the sensor doesn't register that a car is at the speaker. I this point I state "You asked me to wait so I did." Christopher asked me to repeat my whole order. I did and then he seemed busy doing something at the register for several minutes. In the window a short distance off was another representative whom I later found out was the manger. By this point since I arrived at the speaker I had been waiting at least 15-20 minutes. Christopher returned to accept my payment for the order which I promptly paid. He seemed to double check something and then held a drink cup in hand asking me to once again repeat my drink order. I repeat myself for the third time making it a point to state "For the third time sir" as I was admittedly impatient over having to repeat myself again and for the exceptionally long delay times as well as being seemingly forgotten for a time. At this point the other representative speaks up "You don't need to speak to him like that." she said. I asked if she was the manager and she said she was I believe she said her name was Shantel. She went on to say I was rude for making such a comment yet during the whole of the time at the order window she did not make any effort to lessen any of the delays. I asked for a refund for my incomplete order and went elsewhere.
This was my single worst experience with any Taco Bell and I will not be returning.
Update: Over 4 years later and having a craving I returned to this Taco Bell. Big mistake on my part. Rude staff, Mistakes with orders. You are better off...

We ordered food, received a completely different order than what we asked for, and when we called to complain we had the receipt number and were told we were speaking to the manager Jerry and to come in next time to receive our correct order free of charge. He claimed to have written our information in a book so we could claim our food. We went in the next day and were greated by a woman who also claimed to be the manager. She claimed that we were lying because Jerry hadn't worked there for 2 years, called us liars, disrespected us and refused to compensate us for our inconvenience. We left and went across the street where they have customer service skills and treat people with respect. Fast forward 2 months, we thought we would try again. We ordered tonight and when we returned home, they had forgotten an item we paid for as well as put items in my daughters taco which we asked not be included. The food was cold, the cheese in our burritos wasn't melted and the pop was like tonic water. Which means the co2 containers had not been changed. So I called again and asked for the manager. And a male with the name malic or something claimed to be the manager. This location has a different manager each time! I began to tell him my issues and when I was done talking, I listened for a response and didn't get one. I began to say hello and realised the guy had put the phone down so he didn't have to hear me. Read moreAvoid this location , customer service is horrible and not a pleasant experience. If you see the employee Faith, run she claims she is a manager as well, she will treat you very bad and should not be working in customer service. I ordered a side of cheese sauce with my meal and when I recieved it the container was 1/3 full , I asked her to please fill the cheese sauce because I didn't pay $1 for 1/3 of a small container. She flipped out and said no so I then asked her for a refund on it then because I didn't want it, she lost it and told me I had to get my a** out of the drive-thru and park my car and go inside if I wanted a refund that she wasn't helping me. I asked her what her problem was and asked to speak to a manager she snapped at me and said she is one of the managers and that If I didn't leave her drive-thru she was calling to police. I asked her if that's how she treats all her customers and she yelled at me walled away grabbed the phone and started to actually call the police over a customer asking for a refund. Like who does that police are for emergency situations not over an employee refusing to do their job properly and a customer asking for a refund because of that.
