I recently order Harvey's Via there app after a long day at work, hoping to enjoy a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. It pains me to say this, but I feel compelled to share my disappointment, as this is not the first time I've encountered issues at this particular location.
Upon placing my order, I opted for a burger, which was decent enough in terms of taste and presentation. However, my frustration began when I received the two hot dogs I had ordered. One of them was missing several toppings, while the other lacked both cheese and bacon. It was disheartening to see such a blatant oversight in the preparation of my meal.
To make matters worse, as I was enjoying my fries, I made a rather unpleasant discovery. I found human hairs in my fries and my food, which is not only unsightly but also unsanitary. This was a deeply unsettling experience, and it only compounded my dissatisfaction with the overall service.
I must emphasize that this is not the first time I've had a subpar experience at this Harvey's location. I had hoped that my previous encounters were isolated incidents, but it appears that the issues persist. It is regrettable that I am left with no choice but to express my concerns publicly.
To address these issues, I reached out to customer service, hoping for a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, I was informed that it would take 3-5 business days for someone to get back to me. This extended wait time only adds to my frustration and disappointment.
In conclusion, my recent transaction with Harvey's was marred by a series of disappointments, including incomplete orders, unsanitary food, and an unsatisfactory response from customer service. I sincerely hope that the management of this location takes these concerns seriously and takes steps to improve their quality of service. As a loyal customer who has given this establishment multiple chances, I am saddened to say that I will not be returning to Harvey's in the future.

Read moreI went through Harvey’s drive-through last night at 7:36 pm and ordered three combo meals. The gentleman at the drive-through speaker was the best part of this experience. He was very kind and polite and actually sounded like he wanted to be there doing his job. Once I got the food and got to my parents house we opened the meals and they were absolutely awful. The burgers were stone cold, the onion rings were obviously refried several times as they were hard and crumbled and the fries obviously had been sitting for quite some time and were cold. $31.50 for three combos to get basically inedible food is not a great look. I called the store only to be disregarded and spoken to ignorantly by the so-called supervisor. I explained I had been in for an order and told her that the food was not good and without even asking me for an order number or what was in my order she immediately told me that she cooked the food fresh herself. Not sure how she knew that because there were 3 other cars there at the same time. I explained that the onion rings were hard and a dark brown, so they had obviously been refried more than once and she told me she 100% cooked everything fresh herself and then followed it up with well most anyways. There was no way any of that food was cooked fresh. She basically told me I was a liar and I just said thank you. If you don’t want to listen to my feedback, I’ll call head office and she said ok good and hung up the phone on me. When I went to pick up my order through the drive through with my name the young man at the window handed me my order and it was missing Onion Rings. I then let the man know and he gave me attitude and threw onion rings in my bag and handed it back to me and proceeded to close the window. I then stayed parked at the window because I did not receive the two drinks I had ordered. When I told the young man at the window he rolled his eyes and asked what drinks I had ordered. I told the young man, and he handed me a tray. He then attempted to shut the window when I asked if I could “please get straws for my drinks.” The man handed me two and sarcastically said “ Well I only have two hands.“ This worker was extremely rude! Not only was I met with an outrageous attitude when multiple things were wrong with my order, my food was ICE COLD! when the app states that my order will be completed at a certain time and I am there in the drive-thru before that time.. how is my food COLD ?!
