I would like to start by saying that I seldom leave bad reviews and try to give every place a fair shot over multiple visits before saying anything negative. This place, however, I have gone to four times with a below average experience every time.
First visit: I got a poutine for me and my girlfriend, and the poutine tasted especially soggy this time around, and they did not come with forks, which was kind of irritating.
Second visit: The food was good and I was quite pleased on that front, but the staff are sticks in the mud. Standoffish and not very nice.
Third visit: The food was still mostly okay, but half of the toppings I asked for were not on my burger. Namely, onion rings. I was charged a bit of extra money for that and I didn't get them. Forgetting other things or skimping on toppings such as the onions and lettuce is annoying, but if I paid extra for something and did not get it, that's even worse.
Fourth (last) visit: The girl I spoke to in the drive-thru was polite enough. I pulled up to the front and waited for them to prepare my order. I noticed one of the runners going in and out of the store to deliver food to other cars, but he did not wash his hands before he started handling/bagging other people's food. That was really concerning to me because we are living through a pandemic. The final straw was the runner who brought our stuff to us. She was nice insofar as what she did, but she was otherwise impolite. My girlfriend ordered a drink, which did not show up on the receipt for some reason. Maybe there was an error in the app? Maybe we messed something up, who knows. The girl offered to get her a drink despite it not being on the receipt. For that, she was nice and we appreciated that. What we did not appreciate, however, is how she addressed the situation. Rudely, saying "well what did you want so I can go in and get it?" I get it if they were busy, but we were currently her customers and to take that kind of tone with us was unwarranted. Maybe I was being sensitive to her tone, or maybe she could have chose a better assortment of words and/or a nicer tone. I am not sure.
The takeaway from that is the staff seem miserable and it shows in their service and in the food.
TL;DR:
I think management is lacking in that they must 1) be understaffed; 2) have no control over their staff and the customer service experience; or 3) are not treating their staff well. It's fast food, yes, but it's expensive fast food. Please do better.

Yesteray October 15, 2024, was the 14th year anniversary to me in London ON. And between 9 and 11 pm (don't remember the exact time), I decided to order on the app drive thru from Harvey's wharncliffe as normally did (most of the time) but I got busy so I drove to Wonderland Rd S branch after being ready. I tried the app, but it didn't work right with the coupon, so I decided to try the drive thru and then told the girl about the coupon. I requested to have a combo original harvey's, and then I said add cucumber and black olives. At the window, after they asked if I needed anything else like napkins and ketchup, I asked them for it with mayo. I paid on my credit card on my phone. See the results now, First, the girl then the guy said it didn't go through. When I asked for receipt of the failed transaction, they said they couldn't. The system doesn't allow for a print! I told them I got this all the time whenever it happened, but no understanding or apology I got!!. Also, the girl was putting the device inside my car!!! Second, after using another card, I got my order, and I moved on. Third, I checked the burger, which was very small and thin. After revealing what was inside, I shocked that they had added the burger, cucumber, and black olives only! What the hell𤨠I went back, and quitely, I tried to explain, but his responses were rude all the time. He never apologized, never understood, and never talked politely. For example, he repeated, "Calm down and don't shout" !! Also, he answered, " Many people ordered like this" !!! The worst part of his answer was, "I am here 2 years ago and never saw you here." 𤣠𫣠I really can't find any kind of good service, good food preparing or good atmosphere at this branch as it was before. Given its ideal locationāclose to a school, a mall, and right on a busy streetāI expected it to be bustling around dinner time. Instead, I mostly saw staff members sitting in the customer area.
That said, the staff member who greeted me was friendly and attentive. She took my complicated order (my wifeās special request!) and delivered a delicious burgerāthank you for that!
Unfortunately, my experience took a downturn when I went to use the restroom. It was in a state of disarray, clearly not checked for at least an hour. I had time to pump gas, fill my tires, and my wife checked lotto tickets next doorāno one had gone in or out of the restaurant / during that time. ( possible staff?)
I brought it up with the staff member who helped me, and she admitted someone had made a big mess earlier. When I asked why it hadnāt been cleaned yet, she replied, āIāll get to it when I can.ā That response left a bad impression.
