My wife and I recently became big fans of DoughBits Dessert House, especially their amazing lotus biscoff-flavored mini pancakes. However, our last few visits were a bit disappointing, as we were repeatedly told that this popular item wasn’t available, often with what felt like trivial excuses. It seemed as though the staff just weren’t motivated to make a fresh batch or accommodate customer requests.

Still, we decided to give it another shot this past weekend—and we’re so glad we did! Upon entering, we immediately noticed a change in staff, and that’s when we met Mohammad, an enthusiastic and enterprising young gentleman. He greeted us with a warm smile and happily informed us that our favorite mini pancakes were indeed available. Despite some technical issues with the card reader, Mohammad ensured there was no disruption to our experience and made alternate payment arrangements without any hassle. To top it off, he generously offered us samples of a new dessert flavor on the house!

Thanks to Mohammad’s outstanding service, our visit turned into a delightful experience. The mini pancakes were, as always, delicious, and we highly recommend trying the “Chocoloco” and “Lotus Biscoff” flavoured pancakes topped with Oreo and KitKat crumbles!
