Ordered 2 of the new Spicy Chicken Sandwiches and a pop. The cost was $16.12. That's an average cost. The sandwiches themselves we're good. The chicken was a little dry, I could tell they sat for a bit. The sauce is nice and has a nice bite to it if you like that kind of thing. Thats about all the good I have to say about this place. The tables were dirty, the floors were sticky and the pop station was a mess. The service was just service, nothing more nothing less. I didn't really feel welcome, there was no care in the prep of my food and I didn't get any "enjoy your food Sir" or anything like it. I gave 3 stars instead of 2 because it was really busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I'll be back to see how they keep the place when it isn't busy. Well I came back 2 more times since my first review. This is a very dirty place. There is no focus on cleanliness at all. The floors are the worst I have ever seen and I've seen a lot. When it was time to sit with my food, there was not one table that was clean for me to sit at. There's about 20 places to sit and not one clean spot. Discusting to say the least. The staff have no clue about friendliness. I like the food here but I have decided not to return. A person should not have to put up with a place this dirty. As I sit here, there are no customers at the counter but all the employees are doing is sitting around and talking. Not one employee has come into the dining area to even look at the state it is in. Where the heck is...
Read moreHarvey's gets it right in a lot of different ways when it comes to food. Being able to get what you want on your burgers, doing it right in front of you so you know what you get. That doesn't mean all Harvey's gets it right though. I had to point out the lettuce was starting to look a little brown. The server looked at it gave me a closer look and said it looks ok to him. I'm not paying for ok, I'm paying for fresh, every time. A customer should never have to point out that the toppings don't look very fresh. That is up to the employees or managers to make sure they are serving quality fresh food and toppings. If the buns aren't fresh, throw them out. If the Tomatoes are small, put 2 on. If the lettuce doesn't look fresh, throw it out! For me, if a customer points out something, I'll do whatever it takes to make him or her happy. Asking me if I want him to take it of my burgers is unexceptable. Serve fresh food always. Everything else was good and after tasting them they were ok, but man, always make sure everything is fresh. That's what I pay for!...
Read moreHow can I give this place more then 5 stars. They made my day. My daughter and I were at the Emergency Room, at Metropolitan Hospital, due to a bad allergic reaction, to a bug bite. I promised my daughter lunch, when we were going home. We stopped there, because I wanted something quick and she would eat the hot dog. We ordered our meal, the staff was very friendly. They looked at my daughter and asked if she had allergic reaction, without me saying anything. My daughter said yes, and I said it was a bad bug bite, and we just left the ER, because of it. They told us to come back after we finished, and they were going to give her something. We ate our lunch, and stopped at the counter and asked if she wanted a shake, which made my daughter get a huge smile, and they gave me one which I was very thankful for. They also gave her a pie, and wrote on the box, Get Well Soon.... thank you to the ladies, making a day like this, a very happy and...
