Had we not been so hungry we probably would’ve just turned around. From the moment we walked in we could tell the place was dirty. There was a huge cobweb just above the drive thru window on the inside, not outside. There were cobwebs throughout the rest of the restaurant. The insides of the windows were covered in fingerprints. Garbage was on the floor under the tables. The mat at the front door was filthy. This location seems older and it needs a deep cleaning. What has happened to Harvey’s char broiled burgers? They did not taste char broiled and the serving sizes of the fries and rings were very small for the overall price. Our server, however, was lovely and very professional. As an update to this review, Harvey’s did contact me. They asked for details about my visit and were very apologetic about my experience which I appreciated. I’m very proud of my City of Belleville and this restaurant, being on the main strip would probably be frequented by travellers right off the 401. Read moreMy husband & I went through Harvey's drivethru in Belleville, ON for supper tonight. They are very lacking in their quality control in ensuring the customer has the correct order. We ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and their new mushroom melt Angus burger. We paid for our order and the drive-thru person handed us a bag right away. The order we received wasn't even ours it was someone else's(two regular burgers it seemed liked). We were already on our way home and a ways away from the restaurant. I tried to call the restaurant but they would not answer their phone which seems like it was due to staff shortage (there was a sign on the door saying , only the drive-thru was open due to staff shortages). Read moreI rarely ever go to Harvey's, but today, because they were offering free burgers due to the Raptors winning the championship game, I decided to go in and give them another try. In a hurry I decided to order from the app then go inside to pick up my order. I waited over 20 minutes for a hamburger that I had to pay for because the offer was canceled due to demand before asking the staff at the counter what the problem was and why my order still hadn't been filled. They said the grills were not heating up after having experienced a power outage. They had offered no explanation as to why I was still sitting there waiting 25 minutes for a hamburger. I eventually just asked for my money back which was promptly given with no apologies whatsoever. Needless to say I won't be returning to Harvey's. Absolutely terrible customer service.
