First, Harveyโs should train their staffs properly and also they have to wear name tag so the person who gave a bad service will be named.
Second. I came to this location as it is my favourite one and I always come here to support them. But from now, NEVER COME BACK.
Here is a story. I ordered a large size (12 pcs) of Chicken Nuggets, but received 6 pieces and a bunch of tiny crunchy bits ( definitely they came from the bottom of the bag). I had to drive all the way back, then the Indian lady as the counter saw what was in the box and told me: โYou ordered chicken nuggets, you got them.โ I said: But I ordered 12 pcs and you gave me less than 12. I started to take the bits out to show her. She rolled her eyes, did not even say sorry, threw the whole thing in the garbage. And said: โOkay, I will make a fresh one.โ Sounds normal, and problem solved. But no, why the hack you made your mistake and acted like I lied for your crappy job and like I stole the nuggets. They were still fresh and had a time on the receipt. She did not even want to make eye contact with me but just wanted to give me a sided eye. What a horrible customer service!
Let me teach you what RECIPE- The cooperate that own Harveyโs- teach me on customer service: First, give a proper apology. Then, instead of insulting your customer by threw the box into garbage IN FRONT OF THEM. How about saying: I am sorry, let me make up for this. You can keep that order. That is what RECIPE UNLIMITED wants to give their customers.

The star of the show, of course, was the burger itself. The customizable option allowed me to craft my perfect burger with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The juicy and flavorful patty was cooked to perfection, and the array of toppings and sauces allowed me to create a burger that suited my taste perfectly. It was undoubtedly one of the best burgers I've ever had!
The service was top-notch and efficient. The staff was attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with any requests or recommendations. They made sure my dining experience was enjoyable from beginning to end.

Unfortunately everyone who ate here contracted severe food poisoning as a result: Vomiting, bloody stool, fever, chills, etc. I missed two weeks of work as a result and my wife had it worse. Everyone who did not eat from here was completely fine and never got sick. Middlesex London Health Unit commenced an investigation as a result. I consider myself lucky to be alive and will never eat at another Harvey's restaurant again in my life. This illness would have easily killed an individual with preexisting medical conditions and I thank God that my mother was not with us at the time. A proper understanding of Food Handler Safety and regular random auditing of all staff through video, and first person observation should be implemented in places like this to prevent something like this from ever happening. Currently in Ontario only 1 staff member on duty is required to have completed a course in food handler safety. My suggestion would be to skip Harvey's and buy a pizza. This alone would circumvent a lot of potential for contamination, you still can eat something that is fast and tastes great, but without the same level of risk for the transmission of food...
