KFC — Restaurant in Ontario

If I could give this no stars, I absolutely would. I have never seen a business run so poorly. Firstly, let's talk about the staff. Upon arrival, 3 people were out having a cigarette and they all stared at us annoyingly as we pulled up. It got very busy after we arrived and they had multiple pickup online orders that were not completed. They stated specific items would not be ready for 15+ minutes because nothing was made. I'm not sure why everyone was standing around outside during dinner rush but that wasn't the biggest shock. I couldn't believe how ignorant the girls were in the kitchen. Screaming at the poor girl at cash. Specifically the female with red in her hair. I don't know who trained her but that girl should be fired. I was actually sick to my stomach listening how she was speaking to the blonde girl at cash. Yelling at her in front of customers saying, "I told you to tell me if someone orders these things, how many times do I have to tell you!" in a condescending way. Everyone was standing around and visibly looked upset about this. It got to a point I had to walk outside because I was about to say something. Unprofessional bullies working in the kitchen. I also asked to switch a tender to a biscuit as the meal itself already had 3 types of chicken which was not needed for me and the girl in the kitchen screaming "um no..." then laughed. I would also like to point out the cleanliness of the restaurant. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in decades.. the floors are absolutely disgusting. The door handle was caked in about 5 pounds of dirt and grime. Whoever is managing this store needs serious training. There's a reason this place has such bad reviews. Never again will I step foot in this...

The place is a joke. They never have any chicken! I placed an online order at 6:30 Saturday night to save waiting in line. The confirmation said it would be ready at 6:43. I arrived at 6:53 only to find the doors locked. 2 employees inside. I'm pointing to my phone to let them know I have an order to pick up. He comes to the door with a typed sign of their hours. I didn't read it. I'm telling him I placed an line order. He says he never received it. I told him I paid for it. I head back to my car trying to decide what to do. Then he comes out to tell me he "just" got my order. 🙄. I could see if he had the chicken or give me a refund. Of course I'd like my supper. He comes back to say they don't have any. I imagine the fryers were all off by then. So I got a refund in cash because he didn't know the store info to give me back my credit card refund. This place needs to be shut down. Thank you to the useless employees that are working today Friday May 22nd,thanks to you I will never spend another nickle in your Dunnville location.My son went to pickup our online order which was to be ready in 15 minutes he got there waited outside with around 10 other people seeing as only 4 people at a time which is great well he gets in then some Random guy cuts through the line enters the store and places his order,my son got told to get out can only have 4 people at a time you should of told RANDOM guy to wait his turn at the end of the line.
