Koka's Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

Work provided Koka's Pizza for lunch and I HAD to order some more for dinner. The toppings are applied to the pie in such a way that they do not fall off and get all over the place. It looks like they may apply a final layer of cheese after applying the rest of the toppings. The layer is chaotically spread all over to adhere those pesky rolly toppings and also land on the crust leaving delicious, "crackery" cheese shreddings on everything. It is like following up your pizza slice with a cheesy breadstick.

Top top it all of they have a stamp card (1 stamp = $10) that you can fill up and get a free lg pizza after 10 stamps. They even gave me a magnet!

Their box art is pretty cool too. It depicts two people captured in "mid-prep" of what looks like the pizza dough. One is whisking/mixing in a bowl while the other is rolling out the dough with a rolling pin. Both looking at you...watching them work on a the base of a delicious pizza much like the one that is safely tucked in the box under them.

use to be 5 stars.. Honestly I liked them they are relatively close.. but made a order a few weeks ago maybe a month.. we ordered panzarottis mine was suppose to have ham pepperoni bacon and onions.. but had some other unknown ingredients in it .. a complaint was made at which the company agreed to credit 3 panzarottis to us because i didnt even eat supper and they suggested to do so, they asked for information name and number etc. and I would assume they would have written it down.. but tonight we tried to collect on the credit owed to us.. a long story short they refused to live up to there end.. saying they they have no information about it.. and trying to redirect the situation buy saying they can offer 1 panzerotti for free but not 3.. this is not okay because, They are the ones who suggested and initialized the credit and frankly their word doesn't seem to be worth much when it comes to collecting. Not to mention my family and myself go...

Called at 5:12 and ordered combo #4 which is 2 mediums and a pound of wings. Asked for one medium to be cauliflower crust. They said they could do a small cauliflower crust and still be the same as the combo deal. Then they called back and said it would be $5 more for the crust.

I wasn’t pleased but said okay.. then I called at 5:16 to cancel and they essentially told me I couldn’t cancel.

Ok fine..

Then once we got home and opened the pizza we realized the “kokas” pizza had cheese. The website doesn’t list cheese as an item on the pizza and my wife is lactose intolerant. I called to ask about the topping issue and they said they could offer a credit which I agreed to.

Then they put me on hold for a brief period and came back on the line to tell me that they, in fact, couldn’t offer me a credit or help me in any way.

Long story short, never ordering from kokas again and will encourage my friends and family to...
