LAW & ORDERS PEMBROKE — Restaurant in Ontario

Have been to Law & Orders in bigger cities and pretty excited to have them here in the Valley. After trying both the petawawa location and Pembroke l couldn’t be more impressed with the consistency of the service as well as the food. The young lady at the cash yesterday was extremely personable and made some great recommendations, she was also very polite and welcoming. I never once felt out of place or rushed to make a decision which is important to a lot of people especially when it could be their first time trying it.

The food has been superb every time, the burgers are by far the best I’ve had in the valley. The ingredients always taste fresh and you can tell time and effort goes into the preparation of every order. Portion sizes are above and beyond what I’m used to around here, I usually have a hard time finishing all the fries after a burger. Got a poutine instead of regular fries and I was not disappointed! Gravy was on point and HOT enough that it had no problems melting the abundance of cheese curds that went from top to bottom of the container.

Owner was on site and was extremely knowledgeable and well spoken. The staff from the cashier to the cook all showed professionalism and passion for what they do and I feel like that’s an extremely important part of working in the food industry if you want to be successful.

Overall 10/10.

I’d recommend this place to anyone without hesitation, so happy to have access to good food without having to drive all the way to Ottawa. I will be back to try that pizza I’ve been hearing so...

This was our first time ordering from law & orders. We had several different orders from a group of about 12 people. Our order alone was $70. Not complaining about the price, just about the the fact that you must ask for every little item when ordering. The food was tasty. Make sure to ask for a toasted bun when ordering gluten-free, otherwise you will have a crumbling mess! Several people ordered poutine but no one got forks. Hot dogs, fries and onion rings were ordered and no offer of condiments. All in all, it will probably be my first and last time at this establishment only due to the fact that the proprietors weren't thinking of the customers when handing over sloppy gravy, cheese and fries without offering cutlery or at least letting them know where to help...

I came twice for the Rhippo challenge. I had to admit to myself that it was too much for me to enjoy in 20 minutes. So I came back, willing to pay extra to have a slight adjustment to my order. And was hands down, the best meal that I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The quality of the food, the taste, the love put into it, and the presentation was far above average.
