We had reservations for 4 for which were on time, and so we were promptly taken to our table. No issues. Our server was very polite, friendly, and helpful, especially since the place was filling up fast - this was on homecoming weekend - the buzz was growing and by the time we left 90 minutes later, the place had turned from a nice dinner place to a busy cocktail club. We ordered a bottle of wine, Disco fries, a veggie pizza, kale salad, Watermelon and Feta (salmon), and Pasta Di Cozze ( seafood pasta - see picture). The fries were ordered to be shared and were delicious with feta cheese and hot sauce - yummy! The pizza was average, and the kale salad was fresh with a combination of pistachios and pomegranate. The seafood pasta was so-so and felt like it lacked fullness. I decided to add some hot sauce to give it that extra taste. My buddy, who ordered the salmon, was very impressed - loved the watermelon and feta combination. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Tried Lucy's the weekend before Christmas. Place was bumping but the service was still good, sometimes you get forgotten about when a new restaurant is busy but the servers were on point. I started with the oysters which were well presented with the proper toppings. Went with the hot honey pizza next. The pizza was amazing, can't wait to go back to try another. Also ordered the truffle mac, another winning dish. Finished off with sticky toffee banana pudding which was a nice way to end the meal. Friends ordered the steak and I tried a slice, I would order this for a main on a future visit. The table tried various cocktails and a couple bottles of wine. Place turns in to a bit of a club once the kitchen closes. Only down point of the night was when they rushed us out at the end because our time allotment was up. It was a little weird because our table spent well over $1000 and we would have stuck around for some more drinks. I would still return for another visit despite this.

We had a lovely dining experience, made even more memorable by our server, Stevie. He was attentive and professional throughout the evening. During our conversation, he overheard that we were celebrating our anniversary and took the time to congratulate us at the end of our meal — a thoughtful and personal touch. Stevie mentioned that he would have brought us a dessert to share, but since we needed to leave promptly, he generously removed our appetizer from the bill instead. It was a kind and unexpected gesture that truly enhanced our experience. We enjoyed the Wednesday oyster special, which included 12 oysters served with a flavorful spicy seafood sauce and a delicious jalapeño sauce. We also had the ahi tuna appetizer, which was exceptional, and the BBQ chicken pizza — both were off the Happy Hour menu and very reasonably priced. I’m already looking forward to our next visit — the tuna poke bowl is at the top of my list to try next time!

Our reservation was for 9:30 and were told there was a wait and to wait by the bar. I noticed she didn’t really check us in on the tablet so I went back immediately and she already forgot who I was. After 30 min I noticed a group show up and immediately get seated but we didn’t, so I went back a third time and we were finally seated. At our table we waited thirty min for our server. As one walked past we stopped her, only to have her put her hand into our face and say not now and walked off. When Yasmine finally arrived to take our order she quickly left only to return and advise us the kitchen is closed. So she offered to put in our Brie on the house due to us only coming to have dinner. While finishing our app she returns to say “there is no manager” (which is a lie it’s a Friday night) and subtly implied we should pay. Out of sheer frustration and principle we refused so she left and never came back. This is when our new server Natalie asked if she could take over and move us to her section and that the bill is covered. When we thought we could carry on with our night we went for a bathroom break. Unbeknownst to us a server named Jaclyn followed us inside and waited while we chatted with some ladies to stare at us rudely and yell out about how we’re skipping out on our bill and that we need to go pay and demanded to follow us upstairs. We went to go find Natalie because at this point we’re frustrated and humiliated. Natalie apologized on her behalf and got the owner. He attempted to mediate the situation but honestly it’s not fixable. This went on from 9:30 to 1am. It’s not even about ruining the night it was just ultimately exhausting, disrespectful and absolutely embarrassing. I really appreciate Natalie so much. If it wasn’t for her that place wouldn’t keep going. Good staff shouldn’t have to deal with the shortcomings of the people who should have never even been hired. I have never seen worse service in my absolute life. I don’t write reviews even when I find things bad or unfavourable but this was a night from hell. That place runs on luck. Beware.

These people deserve a special acknowledgment: Natalie for being so filled with grace, poise and fabulous customer service. I have managed people for over a decade and you can’t find women like that anymore. Evan: you are a talented chef and your food was seriously appreciated. Kaitlyn: you were a wonderful server and diligent. Thank you for being so helpful and knowledgeable on the menu. ^ these people deserve a raise and whatever else you...

Absolutely terrible service

I went here for my birthday, we reserved a table for 20 people with more people coming later on in the night for bottle service making it around 25 people. Dinner was good I can’t complain about the food because it was very good. Although as soon as we got there it took about 20 mins to get a drink. I was the last person to receive a drink and it was a vodka soda the easiest drink to make. Then they booked another party of 25 people at the same table for 11:30. Which I was told we will consolidate the tables after 11:30. But I never was told we will be moving sections. Also the table they wanted to give us was very small for 20 people to stay at considering there is barley any room to move around if you’re not sitting. After all the confusing they said we will be moved to the side of the bar that is also a booth lay out and we will be able to seat everyone. Around 11:00 they said we won’t be moving there anymore because that table decided to do bottle service. Which doesn’t make sense to me because if a restaurant has a prior reservation for bottles why would they prioritize a table that just decided to get bottle service. We ended up Staying in the same section with one table. When we were getting bottle service on top Of everything I split the bill in half and gave the waitress a tip and my friend did as Well we were getting 3 bottles. And the waitress had the audacity to ask me for more money as a tip because she will have to tip out at the end of the night. First of all we gave her a 18% tip out. And I gave her an extra 20 dollars on top. So that made me very upset and I thought it was very unprofessional.

For a place that is supposed to be somewhere everyone “loves” I think they should change their posts to “everyone hates Lucy’s” because i and everyone of my friends will not be going back here. All they care about is the money and who is spending the most not how their guest feel. So thank you very much Lucy’s for not only stressing me out the whole night, but also losing 25...

First time visiting this restaurant but will not be returning. It’s a trendy looking place. The food itself was okay but really mediocre. It just didn’t stand out to us compared to other restaurants with speciality pizzas do. The crust was tough and the tomato sauce could use some improvement. It didn’t have that fresh tomato sauce taste I would expect from a sit in pizza restaurant. It was giving me canned primo pizza sauce vibes with some dried spices thrown in it. I also think more selection would be nice if that is the specialty. Also, the pizza needed more toppings. They were very sparse on mine (barely any cheese or veggies). One major dealbreaker was the burger. It was a good burger but did not come with a side. It comes on this huge plate with a single burger only. A small size of fries or salad with it would have been nice. I would expect a side given the price of the burger. They also need to work on timing. Burger came out way before the pizza.

When we were there, a food runner or whoever delivered our food, spilt hot pizza all over my husbands lap. His pants got ruined and he was burnt. The girl was very upset and we were worried for her and we said it was an accident and was all good. We didn’t want her to get in trouble because she was very nice. She was very apologetic too. What I didn’t appreciate was then managers reaction. He kind of brushed it off, said he would pay for dry cleaning, and gave my husband a sparkling water then walked away. It was odd. Never heard him again. Then we waited another 20 min for the pizza after he finished his burger well before. They did comp the pizza but they made us pay for his burger! Surely, if you spill hot pizza all over someone and ruined their beige pants and burn them… you don’t go home with a bill. It was such a weird interaction. We wouldn’t go back. Not because of the incident itself, but because of the food and how management handled it. The servers were really...
