Absolutely horrifying experience this is my third time I've missed out on a meal. all they do is the same nonsense take your money and then tell you to wait on the side of the building for 5 plus minutes that was my last event and that was for a simple mic rap ...... some people are on a timeline this is not fast food service this is a shame on this company and I hope this gets to corporate .... someone needs to have a look at what's going on in this place it's completely mismanaged .... so far this is my third time going there never again... and I'm out about 40 bucks at least in food ... because I had to go .... so much for the fast food idea disgusting place never go there again learn my lesson three strikes you're out ... even the washrooms you go in there it's only one person at a time for a place that big again horrifying experience.... I promise you one thing if I ever go to another McDonald's not this one that's for sure but if I ever do and they tell me to pull aside I will refuse I will sit there at the window until I get my food , they can wait on me for now.....
In my opinion that's a way McDonald's trying to steal money from you....
I think people that read this when they tell you to pull aside refuse to until they serve you your food as should be...

Itâs like the kitchen just stop reading the chits and just..you get what you get. I know itâs just âMcDonaldâsâ but for how price gouging they are now you can have some type of standard. Also what the deal with two pieces of ice and the cup never filled for your drinks. Do you regulate the pop machine, check the ice levels, anything? People have to hold up the line and check their order before they leave. Theyâre more worried about their drive thru times than actually making the shit right. So even if youâre pulled to the side you gotta go through the whole drive thru process again to correct it. Itâs just frustrating. I know itâs kids that donât care but management has todo something. Take some accountability. These places are for convenience not for 5 star quality, at least get the stuff right. People go off on local businesses for one little mistake, but because itâs a corporation you can get away with messing up orders 85%...

I went inside thinking it would be quicker than the long drive-thru; big mistake. I stood at the counter for a while and noticed what appeared to be the manager (Hannah) walk by twice without acknowledging me. I even overheard a staff member say someone was waiting at cash, and Hannah replied, âI havenât taken her order yet,â and just kept doing what she was doing. I then went over to ask if somebody was at the front cash and her response was that it was just her. When I pointed out that I just wanted a coffee, she commented that she was filling other orders and continued to do what she was doing.
This is when I shouldâve initially left.
I waited an additional 3â4 minutes before she took my order, and then another additional 3 - 4 minutes for the coffee to come out by another staff member who suddenly appeared.
Ended up asking for a refund and going to the downtown McDonaldâs instead where the service was quick and efficient. Honestly, I shouldâve just gone...
