I attended this McDonald’s location on a Monday evening, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. First, the floors were dirty and wet in several areas, creating an unappealing environment. There was trash scattered on the floor, coffee stains, and it didn’t seem like staff were invested in maintaining the area. The seating and furniture were also in poor condition. One of the booths had significant damage to the upholstery, with large rips and peeling material, making it uninviting to sit in. This level of wear and tear suggests a lack of proper maintenance. The waste bins were overflowing with trash, which not only looked bad but also contributed to an unclean atmosphere. It’s clear that the garbage wasn’t being emptied frequently enough to keep up with customer volume. Additionally, the cleaning supplies, such as mops and buckets, were left out in the open near the entrance to the restrooms, which detracted from the overall experience. One of the biggest letdowns was that the second floor was closed. This was quite sad because the restaurant has a great location, and the view from the second floor is actually very nice. It’s a shame that customers couldn’t enjoy that space, as it could have made for a much better dining experience. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. I had ordered a banana muffin, but I was given a chocolate muffin. The muffin was stale and looked like it had been sitting out for a while. Overall upkeep would go a long way in improving the customer experience. Where’s the Management oversight?

Hotel deserves 100 stars in terms of service at the reception, they are very special and their reception is very nice and they never bother customers even when leaving or entering, you have complete personal freedom, and they are always keen on cleanliness and always smiling on the faces of the employees. I highly recommend using this hotel for anyone visiting the city of London. They also have elderly employees at the reception with old experience in this old hotel, and I always hope to visit this hotel, and I am one of the people who stayed in this hotel for long days and I am very happy to stay in this beautiful hotel. We always say what hides you. In the place, the people, and this hotel is distinguished in their choice of their employees, and also the hotel manager who works here is very, very, very nice and helps everyone when the service is available to him, and even when you want to leave or you have a problem and you are late, the hotel manager comes and helps you also if. It was necessary and happened to me, and they gave me an extra day at the hotel's expense because of the manager's words

Today we ordered a 6 nugget meal with poutine and a Diet Coke with a McDouble. We used the Mcdelivery option since we live a few kilometres away and don’t drive. Upon arrival we noticed our order was drenched in liquid. Turns out the crew decided to throw the Diet Coke into the bag without a cup holder or anything for support. Our food looked like it came from Mariana’s trench and back. Not sure why the crew was being so Mcsassy tonight. They refused to deliver us new food, and hung up on us. So we walked 4 kilometres over to complain about the horrible service and demanded we get what we paid for. Felt like pulling teeth, but they dreadfully replaced our food and kept the delivery fee.

Hotel deserves 100 stars in terms of service at the reception, they are very special and their reception is very nice and they never bother customers even when leaving or entering, you have complete personal freedom, and they are always keen on cleanliness and always smiling on the faces of the employees. Last night April 18th at 10 20 pm I stopped to get a quick snack on the way home from work for me and my son. I pulled up to the order screen where i waited for 3 minutes for someone to come on the mic. The staff that came on was laughing and asked me to wait multiple times while laughing. Then i pull around to the window pay, pull to the next window where another staff opens the window hands me a drink and says nothing, closes the window. I wait at the window for 5 minutes, by this point there is a huge line of cars behind me and 4 uber drivers waiting in the door. When i got there not one person. So i am asked to pull ahead , i do. Then 2 cars behind me do the same 10 min later 3 uber drivers, and 11 cars including the 2 behind me drive off with there orders, so I ask the staff on her way back inside if she knew how much longer my food would be, fies and a mcchicken. She answered with we are in the middle of a pandemic you will get it when it gets to you, in a rude tone of voice, so I say back to her, yes but 11 other cars that came 5 min after me have left with their order I have been waiting a total of 15 min at this point she shrugged her shoulders and walked inside. Another 10 minutes go by and another staff finally comes out with my food, I was like 45 min for fries and a sandwich is a little ridiculous, she answered with ya whatever, rude again. I let it go and drove home gave my son his fries opened the mc chicken and it had pickles on it, not just one mixed in with the lettuce accidentally but 6 of them put there deliberately by the staff because why? Because is asked how much longer my food would be. I am absolutely disgusted with the staff that worked this shift and never again will I go back to this...

First, I just want to thank every Mcdonald's Employees working during this tough time !

I am sharing my experience with this specific location.

I went for the drive thru today and noticed that McDonald's is doing this safey measure: More than two cups will be given in a tray and single cup will be given with the napkin wrapped around it.

When i went today, i was informed the they are out of trays. Understandable considering how many people are using drive thrus nowadays. Management should have ordered the trays more in advanced.

This is my regular McDonald's that I go to. Two things happened.

Everytime I went after Covid 19, not a single time I was given a single coffee cup with the napkin wrapped around it as McDonald's claimed that they would do When I go, I ask for the extra cup to share with someone. I ALWAYS get a hard time with this older lady with the glasses with white hair. She explains that it's double cup with an attitude ( umm ya it's obvious) EVERYTIME and I HAVE TO explain to her WHY I want the extra cup. So I thought I was being an inconvinence so I asked when I made my order. AND she explained again that it's double cup. Of course I explained to her that I am sharing. It seemed like me asking for an extra cup IN ADVANCE didn't help, so I ask when I go to the window. She gave me a look and a sigh then gave it to me. I am not sure if it's such a hassle for her to give me an EXTRA CUP or it's because my race. JUST FYI I was always extra polite for asking for the extra cup since it is a such a hassle. I NEVER had this issue with any other employees in this location.

Disappointing Experience at McDonald's

My recent visit to McDonald's was nothing short of a nightmare. The food I consumed not only left me with an upset stomach but also led to a bout of diarrhea, a discomfort I later discovered was shared by many others who had dined there. This concerning trend of gastrointestinal distress points to serious issues in food quality and handling practices at this establishment.

Upon observing the kitchen, I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness and hygiene standards. It was evident that the workspace was poorly maintained, with unclean surfaces and equipment. What's more concerning is the apparent disregard for basic food safety practices, as I witnessed high school employees neglecting to wash their hands properly or at all while handling food. Some employees were seen entering the kitchen directly from outside without washing their hands, posing a significant health risk to customers.

Adding to the unpleasant atmosphere, the presence of homeless individuals loitering in the restaurant was a regular occurrence. The washrooms were in a deplorable state, barely maintained and lacking cleanliness. This lack of sanitation only added to the overall negative experience.

In light of these serious health and hygiene concerns, I strongly advise against dining at this McDonald's location. The blatant disregard for food safety and cleanliness standards is alarming and poses a significant risk to the health and well-being of customers.
