(2025/07/13) Biscoff McFlurry: Apart from the crunching feeling which is werid personally, overall pretty good. Could be better with Biscoff sauce and larger Biscoff pieces.

Cotton Candy Shake: Way too sweet, even a medium size is very hard to finish. Diabetes is coming...

Big Rosti: The combination of beef patty, bacon, hash brown and cheese works out pretty well. But the special sauce tastes strong and weird, nothing like a cheese sauce but more like a mustard sauce. Replacing this sauce with the Teriyaki one and adding another slice of cheese, beautiful.

(2025/06/26) McPizza Bites: Just for curiosity. I knew it would be a miss, but still lost to curiosity. You get 4 small bites with only cheese and pizza sauce inside for $4.49, feeling robbed? With the same price, you can get 4 much larger frozen ones with even pepperoni and bacon inside. Just don't buy, or you will regret.

Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich: Typically a McCrispy with a different bun and the special teriyaki sauce. Although with a McCrispy chicken patty, the teriyaki sauce mixes well with the traditional mayo sauce. Just like you pay $0.50 extra for the habanero sauce, you need to pay $1.60 extra for the teriyaki sauce. Worth it or not, at least a tasty combination overall.

(2024/12/09) Such a terrible experience today. Placed an one-item order around 6pm, it took me 5+ minutes to get my Cheeseburger, and in the end found out it was a Hamburger without cheese. I will make sure not to order here again during the most terrible periods, those staff only focus on the delivery orders and everything is chaotic and messy.

(2024/10/30) The efficiency here is like hit-or-miss, overall very inconsistent. The periods do matter, but also the staff. Some of their staff here are slow and lazy, they should never be hired from the beginning.

(2024/09/11) Better efficiency during my recent visits, maybe just avoid those peak periods? Placing an order on the app and then coming here might be a good option as well.

The Breakfast Wraps are okay, higher calories will make you feel fuller than eating a normal breakfast sandwich. No special deals available yet, so a bit pricy. Mayo only is a pity, I think they should consider Ketchup and Brown Sauce as well like the McDonald's in the UK.

(2024/08/17) It is a small-sized restaurant with all the services available including drive thru. The service I had today was okay, but not very efficient. Typical McDonald's foods, apart from the Sweet and Sour Sauce that tasted a bit...

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT go to this location. I am in absolutely shock after my experience. They close the washroom between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 7 a.m. due to a lot of people who are drug addicts and homeless so understandable. I went into this bathroom and there was urine on the floor and in the sink, the toilet was clogged you would seriously think two or three people did the number two in there it was on the floor as well.

I was not touching anything I use my sweater to open the door and I went and asked the cashier if I could wash my hands there because I didn't want to wash them in that germ infested bathroom and plus touching the doors NO THANK YOU.

I got told NO at first then I said well that isn't helpful so I said get your manager and she did and the lady was very polite and I said you need to have someone in the males washroom. There hasn't been any staff in there to clean that washroom in hours and they are supposed to check these washrooms every hour. I wanted to post the pictures but they're just too disgusting to post.

Even the dining room was in disarray, it was dirty disgusting, garbage everywhere and there were no customers in the store but one other person who was already eating. Good luck eating I told him but I was shocked that it was in utter disarray and the guy asked is that bathroom that bad and I said yes.

The gentleman that had to go in and clean it didn't even have gloves on. I told him he couldn't go in until he wore gloves he says we don't have them. I said then you go tell your manager to go get them and I literally waited and they did and he put gloves on. I said you're not going to go in there touch the door handles or touch anything with your bare hands that's just wrong you don't know what is on these doors or anywhere. I will never go back to this location just because of this reason first impressions make a lasting impression.

Health and Safety should have been called upon but they aren't going to do it themselves.

McDonald's tell all your staff and especially managers to take pride...

I don’t eat at McDonald’s anymore (due to food intolerances), but did a double-take when I saw this one. The exterior is made in the “nostalgic” style: a bit space-age. The plaque outside explains it was reconstructed this way in 2001 - this location was the first McDonald’s opened in Ontario and eastern Canada, back in 1968. I had a hope that it was just as nostalgically decorated inside, but alas - it was the modern brown look. I find the service at the inside counter at restaurants with a take-out window are often neglected, and this was the same. The woman staffing the counter was friendly, but clearly over-tasked with managing front counter, drinks for the drive-through and drinks ordered from the kiosks… though there was no one ahead of us at the register, we had to wait for service. My companion asked about the iced coffee - was it simply plain coffee with ice, nothing else? Assured that it was, she ordered it. After we left the store and she tried it, she was disappointed to find it had a hazelnut flavouring. So that was $3.50 for a coffee she didn’t like, and only drank a few sips of. She did comment that she really liked the cup it came in - the cup and lid style was very secure. I’m not giving a food rating, since we didn’t technically eat anything. Three stars for service, since we had to wait so long, despite no line up and didn’t get what we expected despite asking - but the server was nice, and I think the current model understaffs the front counter. And three stars for atmosphere - super cool on the outside, but disappointingly modern on the inside. I mean, if you’re going to do a retro-style McDonalds, go big or go...
