Osmow's Shawarma — Restaurant in Ontario

So I've been to this location on 3 separate occasions. First time ever trying Osmows was a decent experience, with the only downfall was not realizing how spicy their spice levels are. I enjoy spicy foods and can handle the heat, however I don't enjoy it on all foods and this was my first time having a Shawarma with spice on it. I got the medium thinking it was like a wing sauce style. Boy was I wrong. Could barely handle it !!!! Ate about half the wrap and called it a day. Second time, got the same chicken Shawarma with mild spice this time and it was still hot but reasonable. This time though, there was hardly any garlic sauce and the chicken was hard, dried out pieces. Again, only ate a couple bites and in the trash it went. I can't enjoy dry foods. Third time, I ordered the same hoping it would be better this time. Not even kidding you, every single bite I took from the beginning contained grizzle and cartilage that I needed to spit out. So again the wrap went in the garbage.

They got 2 stars due to how clean it is in there, they deserve that at least and they are quick to make the food once you order. IF they can hear you over the blarring music they play.

Sorry, will never return as I've wasted enough money...

First time at this location and sadly I will not be returning. I did not feel welcome what so ever. Staff seemed more interested in closing duties than customer service.

If your hours state your hours of operation are till 11 pm I shouldn't feel unwelcome if I come in with more than 20 minutes till close.

The staff wouldn't let me order the item I wanted because apparently the whole listen is already clean. Instead the staff decided to serve me a cold chicken shawarma. Didn't find out I was served cold chicken till I got home, If I had known it was going to be cold I would have gone somewhere else. By far the worst shawarma Iv ever had.

When making my payment I was given a handful of coins instead of bills, I asked them for bills and was told they had none as the staff continued to count his bills for his nightly deposit. You shouldn't be giving me a handful of coins just to make your deposit easier.

As I was leaving the establishment I was watched through the window as I was getting into my car and they locked the doors behind with more than 10 minutes left till your posted closing hours. Total disrespect...

I am a weekly visitor to the Kingston location but this one disappointed me. Most of what I received was rice, with only a small amount of actual shawarma meat. In Kingston, the shawarma will cover the rice to the point you can't see the rice underneath the meat. Not the case here at all. Also the beef shawarma at Osmow's is supposed to be cooked/marinated in tomatoes and onions, which gives it basically all the flavour. The beef shawarma I received at this location was only plain shaved beef, with no tomatoes and onions, and the whole thing ended up being quite tasteless, since the rice at Osmow's has little flavour and generally only gets taste from the meat and their version of "shawarma sauce", which is actually a sugary mayonnaise. I adore shawarma and although the Osmow's chain is the McDonalds of shawarma, it's still usually decent enough. In this case I'd say spend a few dollars more and go to Shawarma Garden and get fresh tasty shawarma, and a much larger portion of it too, as well as salad, potatoes, pita bread, and real...
