I came in today @ 4.00pm, not busy, only people there. The young man that took my order was polite. I payed Debit/Apple Pay. The machine asked me for a tip (This is very rude and I hate when this happens in fast food restaurants and gas stations that have their debit machine set up for this. I have not even received my food yet, I haven’t eaten yet I haven’t tasted it I have no idea on how the person preparing it is going to treat me... places like McDonald’s, Burger King, pita pit, A&W... fast food in general should not ask for a tip on the debit machines it’s just rude) Anyway I paid my $57 bill (Two Pitas and three petitas, 5 drinks.). I was then directed to a new server who was a Very abrasive young lady. She made me feel rushed and Was just basically rude. When I pay over $50 for some petas, I expect the decency of being allowed a few seconds to decide if I want mushrooms or not. Having her make eye rolls and sniffles Is not productive and makes me glad I did not tip.
But that leads us to the point that you are supposed to tip at the END of a service NOT the beginning! A place that serves fast food like pita pit, McDonald’s etc. you’re not supposed to tip at all!
Please understand you are not fine dining and Correct your debit machines so they don’t try to guilt people into a tip or I will never go there again. My average bill there is $50 or more.
If McDonald’s or Burger King ever start asking for tips then you may have a leg to stand on but until that day join the rest of the...
Read moreI want to express my deep frustration with the consistent poor service and quality I’ve received from this Pita Pit location. As a returning customer, I had hoped for a better experience over time, but unfortunately, the service and food quality continue to be unacceptable. I have experienced long wait times on multiple occasions over 10 minutes even when the store is EMPTY. Last month I uber order a pita filled with an overwhelming amount of onions about three full cups even though I did NOT request onions at all. Most recently, I uber order that was incorrect and completely falling apart. It was not remotely close to what I ordered, and the presentation was unacceptable. The customer service is equally disappointing. Staff often come across as rude, inattentive, and unable to clearly understand basic orders or requests, whether in-store or online. There is a consistent lack of professionalism and care, and it shows in the product and the service. This level of service is unacceptable for any business, let alone one that relies on repeat customers. I urge you to address the quality of staffing and training at this location. As it stands, I will not be returning unless clear...
Read moreReally disappointed.
We usually go to a select few middle eastern restaurants for rice bowls, but I was craving on a ceasar wrap and since my husband just finished work and this pita pit was still open we decided to go here.
And that will likely be the last time.
First, no rice? On a Friday night? At 8:30 when it closed at 10? Okay we can manage, but my kid wanted a rice bowl but he thought that’s okay, he’ll have a pita too - with pickles.
Oh no pickles either.
Now I might be crazy but I managed a movie theatre for about 6 years and we never ran out of anything so what’s going on here?
Not to mention… my husband ordered a regular pita (as did I) and he received a small??
The wraps were BROKEN OPEN and falling apart before we could even eat them.
The food wasn’t mixed in. It was like hey this bite is lettuce and now this bite is cucumbers.
$50 and a $1.50 Costco hot dog would have...
