We were leaving the mall so we called to order dinner and planned to pick it up on the way home. We drove to the pizza pizza and were still on hold. So we hung up and used the app since we were now in the parking lot of the plaza. We ordered pizza the previous week ( it's the only place I know if that makes it with Thai sauce) and it was really good, so I had been craving it all week. So I double checked the order said Thai sauce and my husband when I handed the phone to Jim to enter his toppings said did you make sure to change it to Thai sauce? Then he checked it too. We get home and the pizza was made with regular sauce. My heart sank ( I know it sounds silly but when you're craving something so much then you finally get it and....then not so much it's so disappointing). I double checked the confirmation email to see if it was ordered wrong and it said regular crust, whole wheat both under the same pizza which makes no sense because you can't choose two crusts. So something was wonky. I called and after 10 minutes on hold the customer service rep told me that she would replace it under two conditions. One we had to pick it up. Which is ridiculous at this point we are already home. So now my husband who is in the middle of eating his pizza that was made correctly needs to stop and let it get cold so his is ruined too. I asked her this, she was fine with it. It was pick up or nothing. The second condition was that we couldn't complain about anything, " since you've never complained about an online order I will replace it but you can't make any complaints about anything in the future that's the only way I can do it for you okay? Read moreI ordered 2x 2 topping medium pizzas online. After I received the confirmation email, I noticed one of pizzas did not have any of the toppings I selected. I called the phone number listed online for the location and got customer service agent Peter who was very nice and I was very satisfied with this interaction. Peter told me he would be resubmitting the order with the incorrect pizza, corrected. And at the same scheduled pick up time. I arrived to pick up my order at the location specified. They passed me my order and after taking a step away to verify, I noticed it was the incorrect pizza. I explained to the staff member and they went to the back to check. They then told me it would be ready soon. I looked at the "correct" pizza and noticed that there was no chili peppers on the pizza like I had ordered. I told the staff member and he took it to the back to "fix" it. 12 minutes after my 20 minute guarantee, I left with the 2 pizzasni had ordered. Upon arriving at my destination and opening the box to the "correct" pizza with chili peppers now added... my attention immediately was drawn to the sheer shock at the amount of chili peppers added. It literally looked as though they had taken off the lid and dumped them on. I individually picked up each piece and batted two pieces together to shake off the extreme amount of chili peppers on the pizza.
I have had such great experiences with the quality of food and service at my usual location I assumed that PizzaPizza would deliver that quality consistently, this individual franchise has proven me wrong. I am still willing to return to PizzaPizza, but never this location.

Read moreI went to get my free slice from the raptors game. First the manager tried to tell me that that it was for a different day and that it wasn’t applicable anymore. I told him it wasn’t…he went back and checked on a calendar. He came back and said he wasn’t sure, he didn’t remember getting any notifications. He said he would go back and check. He went back and went in the office for about 4-5 seconds and came back out saying that he’s not sure why but wasn’t given any notifications. I asked if he has other times…he said yes but just not sure why this time. So I went to another one on Dundas and William st. They asked some questions and were a little reluctant as well however…they went on their cash register screen and we’re able to easily pull up the screen and scanned my QR code for the free slice.
