Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

Go to any other pizza pizza in london ! I have been going to this one 5 years for the fact that it is a one minute walk from my house. I have had frustrating experiences in the past but tonight tops them all ! My daughter and i ordered over the phone at 812 and was guaranteed it would be here by 852. My order was placed as delivery because i recently had knee surgery and not able to walk or drive. I sat in a chair by my front door with my wallet at 820 so i didn't miss them. At 854 i called asking where my order was and was informed that the driver came at 845 but didn't knock on my door. My phone was left on the other side of the house but that didn't matter because i made sure to be at my door because that's what delivery drivers do is knock on your door. That was even the instructions over the phone was to come to the front door ! Pizza pizza customer refused to honour the free order because the driver called oddly enough while on the phone complaining the driver randomly shows up and knocks on my door. I hung up with customer service and start questioning the driver and he starts rasing his voice at me and that he was here but instead of coming up to my door to knock he knocked on a wall of my house wheres there's concrete and insulation and siding wth! I am so upset and disappointed I order online which was okay I'm not the best so I struggled a little but I figured it out okay... my huge disappointment and being so upset is I order 2 xl pepperoni pizza and 1 large PLANT BASED pepperoni pizza with dairy free cheese for my daughters birthday party her 2 friends are vegan a long with the parents so to find out later after they have eaten the pizza that they put regularly pepperoni and the plant based pepperoni on there pizza mortified me because after carefully looking at the pizza after they noticed the difference it looked like they messed up by putting regular pepperoni on it and so they tried to fix it by just adding a bunch of plant based pepperoni over top to cover it up . This is unacceptable because what if one of the child's had a meat allergy or a bad reaction because they have never had meat before thankfully none of this happened but this upsetting and not okay . Now upon us picking up the pizzas we asked to make sure the pizza was dairy free and plant based and we were told yes not a single word of them mess up or nothing . I work food service and I know first had when you mess up you remake the order or tell the customer and ask them if it's okay or if they would like it remade I understand mistakes happen but when people place special orders they need to be handle with care. Christmas night I took my son there for walk in cause there was no delivery. We ordered an extra large 3 topping pizza the truffle cake and 3 pops. With the pizza I asked for parmesan and oregano to b put on the crust before it is baked. I asked this repeatedly to make sure they got it and also asked repeatedly of the truffle cake to make sure it was on my bill. We sat and waited for it to be ready and when it was I picked up the pizza and 3 pops.. I stated about the triffle cake and they said it was not on my order and it would be separate. I walked away from the counter and sat with my son to eat. I opened the pizza box and there was no parmesan or oregano on the crust but instead there was mozzarella over the entire pizza. Seeing how my son and I were pretty hungry I did not mention nothing to the employees here but rather ate and I figured I'd voice my problem on here. You would think employees of a pizza shop would know the difference of mozzarella and parmesan and the entire pizza and the crust. All In all I was not impressed with the listening skills of the employees here and my experience wasn't the greatest especially when I asked for the crust to be done a specific way so that my son could try this and then when the food was there he couldn't even try what I had been talking...
