Absolutely Incredible in Every Way
Pronto’s Pizza in London, Ontario is hands down one of the best pizza places I’ve ever experienced — and I don’t say that lightly. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, friendliness, and the mouthwatering aroma of freshly baked pizza.
Let’s talk about the pizza — the crust is perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, made with whole wheat dough and infused with Canadian-grown canola oil for that wholesome taste. The sauce? Rich, flavourful, and clearly homemade. The cheese is top-notch, and they don’t skimp on toppings — everything tastes fresh, premium, and generously portioned.
What really sets Pronto’s apart is the customization and inclusivity. Whether you’re vegan, gluten-free, or halal, you’ll find plenty of delicious options here. Their vegan cheese (Daiya) is melty and satisfying, and their halal meats are cooked to perfection. You can tell they truly care about making sure everyone can enjoy a slice.
I’ve also tried their wings — crispy, flavourful, and honestly better than any big pizza chain I’ve had. The garlic bread and poutine? Just as amazing. Their menu has depth without sacrificing quality.
Service is incredible. The staff are always friendly, professional, and you can tell they’re passionate about what they do. Orders are consistent, whether you’re dining in, grabbing takeout, or ordering late-night delivery (they’re open crazy late — until 4 AM on weekends!).
This place is a gem in London. The love and attention to detail in every bite is obvious. If you’re a pizza lover (or even if you’re not), Pronto’s is a must-try. I can’t recommend them enough.
Final verdict: 10/10. If you haven’t been yet, GO. You’ll be...
Read moreSmall place inside so mainly for takeout. When the previous owners had it, I thought the quality was better. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still good pizza, it’s just not great pizza. But they have lots of variety. Also parking can be tough cause it’s a small lot for 2 businesses.
I’m adding to this review. I went yesterday, for the first time in a bit, after having tried a lot of other deep dish pizza’s. First thing I noticed about this pizza is not enough toppings. Second thing, like you’ll see in the pic, three slices at the tip has nothing but dough. That’s very sad. And I normally wouldn’t notice this, but since I’ve had high quality pizzas recently I noticed. The cheese is the tinniest layer. When you lift all the meats and the tiny cheese layer, there is very little to no marinara or whatever sauce they use. So yes, this time I was fairly disappointed. I get they were busy when I walked it, but to rush a pizza, or worse if this is how you normally make them, then either you got to change, or I don’t visit anymore. There are way too many pizza places in london nowadays where I don’t have to stick to them who I can walk to. Hopefully they read this and improve. But for now, if you just want pizza, go there, if you want good pizza, I’d go...

Great new pizza shop! As always we’ll start with the food. The dough is perfect, a crisp crust and a fluffy perfectly cooked centre. Now where they really shine is the cheeeeeeese! So stringy and tasty full with flavour, really give other shops a run for their money. As for the wings they are not breaded like I usually like BUT.... I was very pleasantly surprised to taste a well cooked fresh chicken wing and glad they included extra sauce allowing us to control how saucy the wings are. Really happy with my visits two nights in a row. This place is a go to for western area and their prices are reasonable just go check them out and you’ll see what I’m talking about! As for the staff the customer service is top notch, the beautiful smiles and stories are something that I really resonated with. Many blessings to this pizza shop and I salute their staff for making my...
