Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Ontario

I've been to this place many times and never had any problems. Today we ordered pork tacos and a quesadilla. The quesadilla was great no l but the pork in the pork tacos were cold.

I called in after my wife got home with the food and told them that the food was cold and they told me that that was strange cause they say they warmed it up. I told them that we've ordered from here multiple times and the food has always been great but it's cold. I told them that I was coming back to get the food made again and the tools me that they would replace it free of charge.

I drove back in and they insisted again that they heated the food up. I expected them to replace the cold food and give me a refund, however they said that they couldn't do this. I told them if they weren't going to replace and refund I only wanted a refund. Again I was told they couldn't do this. After a third time telling them I wasn't a refund they made a call I got my refund.

Customer service is great until they make a mistake. They show no accountability and don't try to resolve issues fairly. We've wasted so much time today with this. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from...

I am beyond disappointed. I never take the time to write a negative review but I am a frequent customer at this quesada and the one in Amherstview and have never been so disappointed. I got home and realized right away I was missing a whole quesadilla and chips from my order. Drove all the way back and had to wait again for my order. I previously did an online pick up order and wasn’t ready when I got there the first time and waited a long time. Got home again and realized my little one’s kids meals only had one burrito and was supposed to have two. Opened the burrito and zero cheese or rice just chicken on a wrap. They always put chicken and cheese. My veggie and cheese burrito was missing a pile of toppings and had zero cheese. The worst experience. Quesada is my favourite fast food joint, my experience with this location has been the worst. The First most upsetting thing is the fact that after i had tipped the employee serving me informed me that 100% of the tip went to the OWNER which is completely unacceptable. Secondly, the quality of the food was the worst i've seen, glassy veg and dried out meat, something that shows a complete lack of care for quality. Cherry on top was the garbage left on top of the cashier counter as I paid. I walked into a dead empty restaurant so there was no excuse for that.
