Sad to see the last few poor reviews. Luckily, we had quite the opposite experience. Impeccable service from beginning to end. We were in town visiting family and after a day at the beach went here for dinner. It was myself, another adult, a 5 year old and 11 month old. Upon, arrival we were told it would be about a 20 minute wait. We spoke with the hostess to see if we could possibly get in sooner as we had the baby with us. She said she would go inside and check. After about a 5 minute wait, she took us in and gave us a table. Our server was Randi, who provided friendly and prompt service. My 5 year old daughter has a tree nut allergy. Specifically to cashews and pistachios. I quickly noticed that on the menu there is one dish they serve that contains cashews. My daughters allergy is very sensitive and can have an anaphylactic reaction just from cross contamination itself. I informed Randi of the allergy and she advised the Manager would be out to speak with me. I was a bit worried at first. I thought I was going to be told that they can't avoid cross contamination or something of that sort. The Manager Jen came to our table and spoke with me in great detail about what dishes are prepared where, items that may be stored near the cashews in the kitchen and etc. She went through the children's menu with us and let us know which items my daughter would be fine to consume. I was absolutely content with her care and the information she had provided, but Jen actually went above and beyond for us. She explained that some of the cooks may have handled the cashews at some point throughout the day, so to be on the safe side, that she would prepare my daughters dish herself, as she has had no contact with cashews for the day . I truly appreciate that she did this for us. She understood the seriousness of my daughters allergy and handled everything with great care. She made us feel that she understood the importance and made us feel comfortable. It was fantastic, it actually made my daughter feel very special as opposed to making her feel like she's different in a negative way and that it's a nuisance to deal with her allergy. Thank you. All of the staff overall were great to deal with. Lastly, all of the food was delicious. We had a fabulous time. Definitely world class service. Whenever we are in town, we will always make sure to come back to the restaurant. I will come for the food, but stay for the service! Thank you again to everyone involved in making this experience a positive one for our family .You guys have a special place in this...

I came here for lunch with my mom. It was a beautiful day and there was a wait. The wait was managed very well, as the hostess was in touch with everyone giving us an idea of how long it would be. Very well handled! Staff were all wearing masks and cleaning the tables which is great. They had plexiglass between tables that couldn't be 6ft apart. They're definitely handling Covid restrictions quite well and I felt safe!

We were both excited to order because everything sounded so good! The server said they're known for delicious burgers. So we got the Guacamole burger, and the Reuben, and split each dish. I will just be honest, we were super disappointed. The burger was truly nothing special and tasted quite bland. We realized they forgot to put guacamole..on the guacamole burger. It tasted better once the server brought the guac, but it was still pretty bland. The jalapenos were not cooked and added nothing, and I honestly couldn't taste any of the flavours listed in the menu. Whole thing was bland. Would definitely not recommend a burger.

The Reuben was also disappointing. It's a go to item for both my mom and I, and this is one I definitely wouldn't get again. Very bland, and I couldn't taste any of the exciting flavours listed on the menu. I find that Reubens are either to die for, or they're not good, and this one was not good. To be clear, it wasn't gross or anything, but I wouldn't say it was anything better than "meh". I felt both the burger and Reuben were "meh", which is not what I was hoping for.

I got onion rings as my side and they were delicious!

Our server was very friendly and helpful, and all the staff seemed great.

The atmosphere was quite nice and it was lovely being out on the patio overlooking the water. We probably had the best table on the patio and quite loved it.

I think this would be a really nice place to come for a couple of drinks, but I won't be returning for a meal as I was genuinely excited about their menu and was very disappointed in how bland it all was. I wouldn't recommend for a meal, but would suggest this place...

Went here with the kids after an amazing day at the beach and were very excited about the cool looking menu… the experience that followed felt like a bad joke.

It took about 20 minutes for someone to take our order. Not even a glass of water on the hot day during the wait. She started by apologizing for the wait due to some “mixups” and took our order (water, two unicorn milkshakes, two lobster Caesars, pogo’s and fries for one child, chicken fingers and fries for the other child, antojitos, shrimp tacos, and a Reuben with poutine) The kids’ orders arrived at a reasonable time. The fries were old and tasted bad, but the extra sugary milkshakes managed to distract the kids enough to not complain (they simply decided not to eat). The caesars arrived shortly after, and while the lobster was obviously cooked a very long time before our drink was made they occupied us for some time. About half an hour later we asked a different server for water, again, and for napkins for our kids, as well as an update on our food. Five minutes later that server went to three other tables asking if they were the ones who needed napkins, before bringing them to us. Still no water. Another five minutes or so later the shrimp tacos arrived, and a burger and fries. I didn’t at first realize it’s a burger instead of the Reuben so only pointed out it should be a poutine and not fries. A moment later I asked the server (a different one again) to take the burger back and cancel the order because I’m not hungry anymore. Five minutes later the first server came again to ask if she messed up our order, and we asked for water again. Two minutes later poutine arrived. We assumed they couldn’t cancel it in time, but the fries in it tasted so bad we didn’t bother to ask for the forks we never received. Five minutes later, as we are finishing the unimpressive shrimp tacos, the Reuben arrived. Still no water. We sent it back and asked for the bill. Fifteen minutes later we asked a different server for the bill again, and five minutes later we finally managed to pay (over 100) and...
