Edit: dropped a star. please see additional photos. Head office did reach out to me and offer me an $18 credit which I used yesterday. I ordered at 2pm and wait time for delivery was an hour and a bit, driver arrived smelling strongly of fresh cigarette smoke and pizza was delivered barely warm. At 115 F which is danger zone for food handling. On top of this. I’m not sure why they put dips in a pizza box with heat and in the warm bag. They are cream sauces not meant to be heated up. This has been 3 back to back poor experience with this restaurant. Definitely alternatives in the area. I’ve given PizzaVille 2 stars based off of my last two experiences , unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing. First Experience (Delivery): I ordered delivery a couple of months ago, and it took an 1 hr and 40 minutes to arrive. By the time it got here, the pizza was barely warm and all 3 pizzas were wet and soggy. I had to send it back. The delivery driver was very polite and stayed present while I contacted head office, but it seemed like a staffing issue—he had multiple deliveries running 20-30 minutes apart and when paying $10 plus tip for delivery, this is not acceptable. Second Experience (Pickup): This time, I opted for pickup to avoid the long wait. While the pizza was at least hot when I got home, the toppings were nearly non-existent—each slice had maybe half a slice of tomato and a few strands of onion, which was disappointing. Other Observations: • The restaurant itself appears clean, but it’s not very welcoming when staff are often seen smoking outside. • Based on my experiences, I won’t be ordering from here again. Would love to see improvements in service, delivery efficiency, and ingredient portions, as this location has potential! ⭐ 2/5 Stars

Alright. Let's start off with a bit of a story. We ordered pizza from another pizzaville location and they were both raw. We called customer support and they said pizzavilles policy is 50% refund if you aren't happy. Well, with two inedible pizzas we weren't happy. It's the principle of the thing. The phone support was friendly but insistent. The rep that first handled this has 9 years of support and they said that it was the policy and no one would give a full refund. At that point I was going to give this a single star for a policy like that( as an aside, I didn't tell anyone that i have 4.1 million views in order to get my way as that is unethical. )So I asked for the vp, regardless they made a one time exception. Afterwards I told them about the one star near miss they would have received(full transparency here) But that changed because they handled my complaint firmly yet politely and professionally. With that, I went to the Orillia Pizzaville. We got our order from Rahul and Rohan who were super friendly and baked our pizzas to perfection. And for that, they and pizzaville deserve 5 stars.

On Sunday July 28th I placed an order for pickup, an extra large pizza. The order total before taxes was $24.99. The online menu showed an offer of two free small bottles of pop with an order of $25. When my son in law who was also celebrating a birthday that day arrived at the store to pick up the pizza they refused to give him the two free bottles of pop, saying it had to be a $26 total before taxes. I contacted Pizzaville corporate and explained the issue, they insisted the order had to be $25 before taxes as the online menu stated but that ours was only $24.99. So for one lousy cent they refused to give us the promotion. They offered a $5 discount on the next order. Unacceptable. I had stopped ordering from them 3 years ago because of some unresolved issues including under cooked pizzas and their refusal to do contactless delivery regardless of me reminding them in the special instructions section on the app that my orders were contactless delivery only. I won’t order from them again, I hope the two free bottles of pop you denied us was worth it.

So my family & I were staying in Floral Park for a weeklong vacation and my gf & I went into Orillia to grab some groceries and we saw the PizzaVille store and decided to pull in and try some slices. I’m the type of guy who likes to try new pizza places any time I travel, and consider myself to be fairly judgey when it comes to Pizza as it is my all time favourite food. Anyways, all that pretext being set, I will say this about PizzaVille Orillia:

They are THE BOMB DOT COM!!!!!!! Absolutely fantastic experience. The store was very busy, clearly a result of such high quality product, and the staff were just flying, and were absolutely friendly, greeted with all smiles. We were extremely satisfied with the pizza we received. The crust wasn’t too thin and wasn’t too thick, just perfect. The cheese was perfect. The pepperoni was my absolute favourite. We ended up eating, getting groceries, and going back the very same night for seconds I kid you not it was THAT good! Very affordable priced compared to the competition, PizzaVille Orillia Staff & Management, I want to personally thank you for your service in what I can only describe as THE BEST PIZZA I have ever had in my life. I only wish there was a location closer to St Thomas - you’d have my business multiple times a week.

I have never once given this, but you guys get 6 STAR review for going above and beyond all others. Thank you once again, and may your store enjoy continued success for decades to come!

And if you’re a random reader checking out this review and wondering if PizzaVille Orillia is worth a try, believe me when I say...

We have been using Pizzaville for more than 14 years. We drive 20 minutes from outside Orillia to pickup our food. Generally service has been good, but past 12 months service has gone down hill. Employees seem to not pay attention. Once we placed a order for 4 pizzas, picked them up to arrive home 20 minutes away to discover pizzas contents was not what we ordered. We called the call centre and they made good and even delivered the proper pizzas.

Our last order we place through the call centre a couple of weeks ago, who said order will be ready in 20 ‘minutes. I arrived 5 minutes early, paid for the pizza and the lady checked on the order with the cook and said it will be ready in 5 minutes so I sat and waited. I watched others come in and pickup their orders. Finally after waiting 20 minutes I noticed a couple get their pizzas, they had ordered them AFTER I paid for mine . So I went to the counter, no one called out my name or order was ready. Told the lady at the counter I had been waiting 20 minutes, our pizzas were ordered almost 45 minutes ago and that I observed someone else get their order AFTER I had paid for ours. Our pizzas were sitting on the oven for 15 minutes while I sat in their waiting area and no one called the order out. Not even an apology from the lady at the counter or coupon to make good. Over 14 years we have spent probably $600 per year on pizza at this store. No more...
