I recently visited the Starbucks at 1725 Richmond street, and I can confidently say itās the best Starbucks experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and exceptional service. The baristas were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, making my visit pleasant and seamless.

Until recently, I went through the drive through ordering a Venti Caramel Frap with extra caramel with no coffee. Coming to about $7 but this is Starbucks. what do you expect. I come up, handed my gift card but while handing it over I said "I have to scan for points, one second", I open the app to scan my points and they said that they had missed heard me and already scanned the card thinking I said I have points to use. I guess it's not a problem it's just points. She than hands me my drink and it looks like a vanilla bean frap with the smallest amount of caramel on it...I was already in a rush so I didn't have time to go in and say something plus I didn't think something this little should bother me.
Until, I come back a couple days later but went inside. I ordered a Venti Caramel Ribbon crunch Frap with NO coffee. I had a game to go to so I was in a rush and because of how fast the drive thru was and how me and a friend of mine were the only people ordering and in line this should be fast too. I stand and wait for my drink but now it's taking 5 mins and I need to be somewhere. I have my friend wait for my drink and I go to start my car. My friend finally brings the drink and tells me that the person inside who handed her the drink told my friend in a rude manner said, "thank you for being patient". I was in a rush and there was no one in line...I don't understand. I get to my game and take a sip of my drink, it has coffee...I can't drink coffee. Everything else with the drink was perfect. I had to throw away an already expensive drink that I love getting.
This experience all came in one week. I love Starbucks and will still be ordering from this business but I will no longer be a customer at this location. It found me disappointed and unsatisfied. I see from other reviews that I'm not the only one...

However, the horrible customer service that has been received not just once but MULTIPLE TIMES at this location is horrendous. I think the specific staff member name is Amber (she looked like she tucked her name tag in probably because sheās terrible in customer service). Every time Iāve walked in, Iāve been met with dirty looks, her staring at my fiance and other guests Iām with and looking at us with such distain. From the looks of the other reviews, we re not the only group that has experienced this and head office needs to be notified (which I will definitely be reaching out) Iāve been to several Starbucks location and Iāve never experienced such bad energy with a staff member before. She went on to whisper and gossip with her other colleagues and they proceed to be cold and odd. As a customer, I donāt feel safe in this type of environment where these people are making my drinks especially when Starbucks stands behind great customer service. I definitely never receive it at this store when sheās around.
