Little Burgundy — Local services in Ontario

The store was clean, everything was in its place and the staff was friendly. There was a lack of product knowledge by all the employees to the point I was telling them things about the products they were selling. I did not find the staff to be very helpful. The store had no other clients but us in it but all four employees seemed very uninterested.

Selection: All the brand news you would expect are sold here.

Displays: Clean and organized but they need more signage if there staff is unaware of the products they sale. If I’m looking for a winter boot I’d like a sticker or sign that identities water proof boots.

We did purchase a pair of boots but I don’t know if I will return in the near future.

Absolutely wonderful customer service!

Sarah was an absolute pleasure to deal with! She made my past awful shoe shopping experiences into a wonderful and positive one. She was very patient with me while she brought out many different styles and sizes for me. I ended up finding the perfect summer shoe and the right product to protect it.

My son went in a few days later to buy himself the Old Skools he has been wanting (he got put off because of a terrible customer service experience at another store in the mall) and he got the same lovely treatment from an associate named Ian.

We will be shopping for all of our shoes here from now on. This place truly cares about...

Store has nice selection of quality products (shoes) that you won’t find at most shoe stores. Customer service was satisfactory during my visit to this store and the staff suggested I order the shoes I was looking for as they did not carry the size. She was helpful throughout and another staff member assisted me while the other staff was ordering my shoes online. Prices are competitive on here as I found the identical shoes on 2 stores but they were $10 cheaper here. I would recommend you look around first to compare pricing but this store carries brand names with hard to find models. I was lucky enough to find the New Balance model I got...
