Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

I have been to this location twice. The first time I had a man making my sub and he was absolutely lovely. He made the sub perfectly and everything tasted fresh last week when I went to the subway I ordered online and picked up my order and there was a female working, and when I went home to eat my order, I was left with bread that was truly an edible. It had clearly been out since the day before and was hard as a rock. Additionally, there was a hair in my vegetables. I made a complaint through the Subway online site and I heard absolutely nothing back if I saw the state of the bread and didn’t order online there is no way I would’ve taken that home or paid for it and it’s really a shame I had expected to have been compensated by this point for the horrible food and service I received that day. Do not get delivery! They'll mess up the order if you're not standing in front of them. I've ordered subs from this location four times in the last two months delivered via DoorDash. The first order, I ordered pickles on one of two subs. Pickles came on both subs. The second time, I ordered double processed cheese on two subs, they both came with what I think was Swiss. The third time, I ordered double cheese on two subs, both came with single cheese. Yesterday, I ordered double cheese on two subs, one came with single cheese and the other came with NO CHEESE AT ALL!!. And the one that came with cheese also had cucumbers on it. I hate cucumbers. Ordered online for in-store pick-up. They made the wrong sandwich. I had to drive all the way back to the store from home. I asked them to fix the order and offer a free sandwich next time. They refused and offered me only free chips or cookies. I already had chips and a drink in my original order. I spoke to the manager who accused me of “blackmail” for indicating that I would write a Google review if he couldn’t make it right. I ended up with a cash refund and no sandwich for lunch.
