After this morning you have lost me as a customer at this location. The manager should be fired. Her behaviour that I have witnessed towards her staff is one thing but her behaviour towards a customer this morning (Aug. 14/25) was just unbelievalbe. She needs to be put in her place, educated on customer service and to be told that it is unprofessional to talk loudly about customers to her staff and that in a derogatory way. Please, do something about this person.
This used to be our favorite one. What has happened to this Timies?! The new staff is far from what the old one was. Half of the time they don't know what they are doing, are very slow and one new lady that works there was right out rude to a customer, walked away from him and just left him standing. People were lined up out of the door, 6 people were working and no one was serving anyone but all doing other things at the same time. I ordered a iced coffee with oat milk and got a iced coffee with oatmilk and so much cream that the coffee was almost white which is not what I had ordered! Also on previous visits I witnessed the new manager berate one of the employees loudly infront of all of the customers and shout through the place instead on walking to over and quietly pulling them to the side. Read moreI never write negative reviews, I've worked in food service and have a lot of sympathy for those in the industry. But this was genuinely one of the worst coffee experiences I've had.
Organizationally there seems to be some issues. There are no names taken or any clear labeling of drink orders. There is no consistent calling out of orders as theyre ready for pickup.
We had a two drink order. When we went to grab the two drinks placed on the pickup counter I noticed one of the two drinks was not what I ordered. I brought this to the attention of an older female employee who aggressively told me it was not my drink. No information on where my drink was. She seemed visibly angry. I sat down for about 15 minutes, finally noticed what looked like my drink on the online order counter. When I asked a different employee if it was mine (gave info on the larger order to confirm) she said she didnt know but "it looked like it".
I'd like to clarify that while the one staff member was quite rude, the rest of the staff seemed friendly. My frustration is more with the complete lack of organization in the flow of orders from the register to customer pickup. I hope this...
