Extremely disappointed in my foot long veggie delight. I dropped off half of it in a bag to my husband and he laughed and said there is nothing in here when I handed it to him. The lady making the sandwich would pick up vegs and then drop them back in the bin (every time) and then place a small amount on the bread. I asked for more lettuce. She was watched closely by another man behind her as was I! When I asked her to put baby spinach, she told me “I already did”. I swear you could count the leaves. So sad and disgusted with their cheap and tacky sandwich. People will still go in and not pay attention to other similar reviews here because WE EXPECT A STANDARD at Subway, a long time favourite. It is Extremely disappointed in my foot long veggie delight. The lady making the sandwich is very rude and doesn’t make as we order. She made foot long very less sauces, I can say no there is no sauces. When I asked to put some sauces and vegetables. She didn’t listen and add. I paid $13 and it was totally going waste. Unfortunately, the service at this Subway location was disappointing. We went in to use a coupon deal, but initially, no one acknowledged us. When we were finally assisted, we were told that they weren’t participating in the deal, without any attempt to offer an alternative or explanation.

I’ve consistently had positive experiences at other Subway locations, where staff have been helpful—even going so far as to manually apply coupons when systems were down. Compared to those experiences, this visit was by far the worst. I hope the management takes steps to improve both customer service and communication...
