Pho Windsor — Restaurant in Ontario

-Pho- the broth was well flavored. Rich without being greasy. Much better than competition in Windsor. Brisket was tender, well cooked. Portion size- generous. Priced right. -Spicy lemongrass noodle soupe. Very good. Well flavoured. Refreshing ginger, lemon taste. Not overly spicy. Good quantity for price. Meat - both types of meat are cooked well and tender. -Fried rice - was tasty. Not bad. It could use more egg and more veges. Why skimping on that brah. The grilled chicken was better than the rice itself. -Apps- two skinny fried spring rolls. Not worth the $5.00. No value here. Please make it worthwhile for ordering the apps. Inflation is real guys. All in all, this is probably the best pho place in Windsor so far for this local. Make the tweaks suggested and you'll definitely earn the Windsor's best...

Not sure how this place has good reviews. I got the grilled chicken pho and veggie rolls with peanut sauce. First let me start off with lack of cleanliness. My pho bowl was dirty when it came out and the outlet right at the table was filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned. The pho broth itself was OK in terms of flavour but the chicken was dark meat, lots of black spots on the meat and it was extremely rubbery. The rolls were OK but noticed the lettuce was not fresh and had brown spots on the lettuce. There was not a lot of tofu in the rolls either. Peanut sauce was delicious. Overall, I ate a few bites of the pho but was so turned off by the meat and filth everywhere I just couldn't eat the rest. Waste of my $25. Will...

True a server here was amazing, my first time and I have to admit I’m a bit annoying with my questions… but True took care of me and answered all my questions. He recommend having the P23 small and this was my first time, guided me to have the best experience, the broth was so flavourful and the herbs were fresh.

I wanted less carbs and he introduced me to getting 1/2 noodles with substituted veggies at no cost!

He also recommended A10 the Vietnamese springrolls, he explained that the crispy texture of the spring rolls and having the pho was a great pairing for my appetite!

If you are new to Vietnamese food come here and ask for True he is truly one of the best servers...
