Presotea Walker Road — Restaurant in Ontario

Our experiences here at this location vary. I’ve been here a lot, and oftentimes, there seems to be cardboard boxes and shipment near the entrance walkway. Although it doesn’t bother me, it doesn’t look as pleasing to the eye in comparison to other Presotea locations. The younger male worker is quite kind and helpful in terms of service, but the older male worker isn’t (so it really is dependent on who serves you). The drinks itself are really well made. I highly recommend the mango coconut slush. The coconut itself does not overpower the mango, and is a nice combination all in all. The price in comparison to other bubble tea locations are a bit more expensive, but I suspect it has to do with its larger size and the use of real fruit. As a lifelong boba connoisseur, Presotea on Walker Rd is at the very bottom of experiences. I ordered a large dragonfruit cloud with tapioca that came to $11 before taxes. It was absolutely disgusting, 60% of it was the creme cloud mix, and the rest of it was this gritty ice that was unblended. The tapioca was hard in the center and also left a very bad after taste.

I politely went back up to the counter to ask the cashier for an exchange for something else. He got his manager and I told him that it was undrinkable and the problems with my drink. The manager says "NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS". The drink went straight into the garbage right in front of them as it was undrinkable.

Maybe this place wouldn't be so terrible if their greed was replaced with some minimal amount of customer service. I'm sticking with Chatime from now on as my experience with Presotea really left a sour taste...

I bought coconut mango with extra pieces of mango about a month ago. The mangos where too green to eat, too large to go through the straw, and instead crushed ice I got ice cubes in the cup. I had already got in the car and left the place, otherwise I would have returned it. Today I went there and asked for the same thing. The same guy with glasses was there. He just laughed, didn’t seem to care. I told him I spent $10.19 for the drink, and literally threw the cup away. He goes in the corner, stares at his phone and says ok. Didn’t get any apology, didn’t get any offer to replace the drink, and on top of it he was not only ignorant but didn’t even care what About what I said. Never going back...
